Marcos has excellent pizza and cheesy bread. I ordered the Pepperoni Melt specialty pizza which is loaded lots of pepperoni and extra cheese. Great flavor. Cheesy bread I'd excellent too.
My family and I were trying to enjoy our meal. A staff member decided to open the rear door and start smoking. We immediately gathered our food and left. We will not be returning to this location again.

Was called a hour after delivery order placed that could not be delivered. Had to pick up or cancel. Decided to pick up since ir took almost 3 weeks and many phone call to get my money back from the last order placed and had to be canceled. 2 screw ups so no more marcos for

Our order wasn't delivered until an hour after estimated time. Pizza was cold, not cut and looked like it had been dropped. Called store several times only to be told it should be arriving any minute. Will be going to Papa John's from now on. Could have drove and picked up pizza 3 times in less time than Marcos, and the pizza would have been 100 times better.

I went in and begin to place an order for lunch today, then I witnessed the employee using NO GLOVES to touch the food topping as she prepared orders. I immediately told the cashier to cancel my order and that it was disgusting that the other employee was working with no gloves, and I left. I most definitely will not returning.

Ordered a medium pizza at 6:37. Pizza was delivered at 8:18. Clearly it had been made awhile ago. Pizza was lukewarm and chewy. Not worth the money. I even called the store twice and told them I would be willing to drive to the store and pick up a hot pizza. They tried to give me excuses as to why it was so late.
Ordered Pizza delivery tonight. Got the notification the pizza was on the way, meaning left the store, at 6:21. Pizza finally arrived cold at 7:03 and all the driver could say was to call the store. I did and after holding for 10 minutes I gave up - no more Marcos for me !

I tried this place for the first time. My child had tried it in another state and loved it so I gave it a try.I ordered two pizza 1 large pepperoni and mushroom. And a medium deluxe. The pepperoni and mushroom was too greasy for me. I had to blot it with a paper towel.The deluxe was undercooked to me. The toppings fell off and the crust was soft. Fortunately for us it was take-out so I was able to finish cooking it in the oven at home.The overall flavor of the food was great.

I ordered 2 large pizzas and when it arrived by driver, he made me come to the street to retrieve pizza. Then I checked my banking account and I was overcharged. I called and was told that they hit the wrong key. I had to drive back next day to get my overcharge back, but they didn't make it right for what they put me through. Melissa the new area manager was advised she needed to make things right, but 3 days later no call back. I'm disappointed in this place.Vegetarian options: Not many vegetarian options

Went in to pick up and everyone’s walking around like they don’t know what’s going on. I went to the counter after waiting 10 minutes and told him the order number and he said give me 3 minutes and it’s currently 7:48 and they are just now starting to make my order, even though I got an email at 7:19 saying it’s ready. Won’t return here
