Charged me extra for the coffee that came with my breakfast combo #1. When I asked about it, they couldn't tell me why and the manager was very rude and said " it's 50 cents. Just give her 50 cents." That wasn't the point, the point was, I was trying to figure out why I was being charged extra for something that came with my breakfast meal. Never received an answer. Very hateful.

This place was packed! Only four exhausted looking employees to pull off serving all those people so efficiently & remain friendly with no mistakes to my order was impressive!

Just tried to place an order. Not one person addressed us. After waiting my husband and I left to go to Burger King next door at least they spoke to us. The manager was with the truck and my husband said something to him and all he said was yes sir. Did nothing to try to keep us there at McDonald’s.

Stopped the other night after work , 11pm waited in the drive thru for 24 mins before I was even able to get to the box to order and then waited another 15 to get my food which was a couple McChickens and 2 McDoubles . It was a dead standstill and everyone in the other vehicles were just as aggravated. Everytime I come here it's so slow !!
Takeout food was half cold,gave no condiments,And was supposed to start working there but they lost my paperwork n didn't try to resolve it and the managers are very

It used to be that when you ordered a Large Meal, they made the drink and fries Lg. Well when we got our meals, they gave my son and husband Lg fries, but medium drinks. The kid said, " You have to specifically ask for a Lg drink." Well that's what we thought we were ordering. He went back and gave my husband a Lg cup, but not my son. We just let it go. It takes a lot of issues for me to leave a review. I try to give a business the benefit of doubt, however, I will not be a patron at this location anymore. The frappe machine is consistently out of order. Three time in over a month. Also Check your order before leaving to ensure everything you ordered is in the bag.

I just had an absolute terrible experience eating at this restaurant, I ordered a filet o fish, 2 double cheeseburgers and a large fry, what I got was a cold filet o fish with no sauce or cheese, a 2 single patty burgers with no cheese, and 2 cold large fries. And not only was the order severely lacking the wait was terrible, all of the parking spots were full and we waited probably 40 to 50 minutes it appeared that the restaurant was very understaffed, I will not be returning to this location in the future.
4 stars simply because their frappe machine actually works, whereas every other McDonald's within 20 miles is "always down".
