Theres an older gentleman here with a name tag that says "old man" and hes the most friendly and sociable people youll ever meet! The entire time i was there, he was getting customers orders in a timely manner while keeping a smile on his face. Overall an amazing experience. It made my trip so much more light hearted and fun.

Got lunch for only to realize the chicken was raw. Asked for my money back and was told I had to wait until 4pm when the GM got there which I could not because I had to be at work. It should’nt have been that hard to process a refund for raw food.

The food was great, the service was great, but there was no seat in the restaurant that didn't have a stream of ice cold air blowing down on it. Even if it didn't make me cold it made my food cold. My understanding is qsr's do this intentionally to cause turnover. Which is stupid. I don't blame this franchise, they have no control over these things but honestly, screw their corporate overlords for stupid, malicious design towards their customers.

The chicken wings are an abomination. I don't know how then managed to grow chickens that are pure skin and bones. Every piece of wing on my order was almost entirely composed of batter, skin, and bones. I ended up throwing my whole meal away because, in all honesty there was nothing my stomach could've gained from It. POPEYES, DO BETTER!

My chicken was bland and over cooked. They didn't tell me they were charging my extra for sauce that I was curious about (wouldn't have made my choice different but still) and then forgot the sauce. 3 times in a row I've been here and left disappointed. Won't go

This is ridiculous. Just ordered on doordash from this place spent $60 somthing dollars and they didn't make any of it right. And only gave us about 10 shrimps per person. When we ordered combos... I have pictures. Honestly wouldn't buy from this place definitely seem to rip people off. If I could I'd do - stars but sadly I can not.It's outrageous.

Went through the drive in and ordered, was told our order would be 5 minutes - no problem. When we got to the window and after we paid, we were told it would be 17 minutes. Asked for a refund. Was only give the refund slip and not the original slip. Later discovered the refund was $5.85 short! Contacted Popeyes, they said the location was a franchise. No help obtaining a refund of overpayment.

The blackened chicken classic sandwich is spicy but if you don't like hot don't get the spicy blackened chicken sandwich.
