The place was well staffed which is why I wondered why it was such a mess. Crumbs and messy tables. The drink fountain area was a disaster. Ice all over and the floor a mess. Service ordering and time to get our food was great. It was good food but not great. It’s in a strip mall setting and seemed a bit dreary.

I asked for no cheese and it had melted cheese that I peeled off the bread and it took my black olives. The veggie sandwich was so bland. It needs some herbs and spices.

We absolutely love Schlotzsky's. Did you know that you can get a half and half. So if you can't decide between their incredible pizza or their delicious sandwich, you can have half of each. The best of both worlds. Schlotzsky's is always clean. The service is fast and the food is fresh and the customer service and the workers are absolutely amazing.

Updated 2023-12-03: Beware of receiving the wrong order! I ordered two medium sandwiches and should have checked before leaving the shop (they have a sign stating you have to, I should have heeded their warning). I received one small sandwich in place of a medium French Dip that I paid for. Very unhappy.
Won't be returning to this place. Beyond rude associates & the food was absolutely terrible, tasteless & to actually serve this junk to a paying customer is beyond my compression. Just another awesome eating experience around the area, NOT. It seems this is the standard for the area. Speaks volumes. Plus the Oatmeal Raisen cookies aren't very tasty either. All around a big disappointment.

I have been happy with the food and service each time I visit. The downside is that their food is a bit expensive. I do keep in mind that the food is fresh.
A/C wasn't working.2 sandwiches took an extraordinary long time to make, it wasn't that busy...but if it was a new trainee, than that part is excusable. However, most importantly the quality of the ingredients was not good. I threw my sandwich away after a few bites. I would think they would use better meat than overly processed & pressed. The lettuce tasted old, not fresh, you can tell when there is an aftertaste.
