Food is delicious, and decently priced. The staff is friendly, but due to how busy they usually are, you may wait a while for that refill or extra napkin you asked for.

Daughter and I had an awesome lunch there. Food was hot. Patty melt was cooked just right. Awesome melty cheese and the onions were great. Also had queso & chips. Queso was very yummy! Daughter had the Cajun grilled chicken sandwich. She loved how the Cajun sauce was on it and not smothered in it I would give the service a 2* Service was a whole different issue. Not sure who our actual server was due to having someone take our order, someone different getting our drinks, someone different bringing us our food and no one checking to see how our food was. The place started out busy but by the time our food came who ever our server was they really had no reason not to check on us. At that point it had slowed down immensely. Bad service but great food. Makes it hard to go back.

The Spot on the Alley was recommended by our hotel staff. We wanted a sports pub after a Clemson game. Wings were so good, atmosphere was the perfect post game spot. Staff was changing so that was a little bit of a challenge. We won't let that stop us from returning

This is a fun spot. It is the spot on Ram Shot alley. I had the hamburger steak and my sister had Gus Favorite (or whatever the near Reuben is called). Both worthwhile. Have fun!

We stopped here thinking it would have been a great place due to the reviews. We told them we wanted tea. They gave us water. Then we waited for 15 mins before they came back and we had to tell them we asked for tea not water. Then 15 more mins went by and then we ordered our food. The food does not come with sides.. you have to order it all separately. They don’t have a menu for their alcohol drinks. The servers were very slow. We finally asked for our check and then she forgot about us.. we had to stand up and get ready to go for her to come back so we can reask for our check to pay so we could leave. I will never go back to this place on my next visit.

I love this place, but the food is expensive I mean you have to get everything separately and then if you want extra sauce for anything they charge you like a dollar or something for it. I haven't eaten here in a while and that's why I mean it's a great place to eat if you can get over the noise.
