My experiences with this Burger King are all similar. Just ok. Some times are faster than others, but I'm never over impressed. They need more workers with better attitudes. The worker Sat was ok, but he had to run back and forth between the drive through register and the front, and put orders together. They need to do better especially for the price the food came to

Right at lunchtime (11:30am) it took 15 min to get an order of chicken nuggets & onion rings for my dad. Chicken was lukewarm, onion rings tasted like they'd been cooked the day before & microwaved. Horrible.

The worst service ever! Waited 20 minutes for nuggets and fries that I didn't get. Non attendant at Window 1, so I pulled to Window 2. The woman at Window 2 told me to back up to Window 1; however, there was three cars behind me. I'm not sure what was going on inside....but they need to get it together. Subway it is!

I haven't been a fan of Burger King for years. Typically, the quality of their burgers has dropped significantly. Not so with this location on Shaw AFB. The Burger King is located in the BX Food Court and it looks like just about every other Burger King. It's a little loud around lunchtime but there are plenty of tables around to enjoy your meal. The lady behind the counter took my order and it was ready in about five minutes or so. She was rushed but still friendly. When I sat down and opened the wrapper on my Whopper with Cheese, I was pleasantly surprised. Finally, a Burger King burger that actually looks good. It was actually how a Whopper tasted back in the 70s and 80s. The patty had that nice flame broiled taste and was actually hot. The lettuce was crisp, and the tomatoes were fresh. The fries were hot and crisp outside and fluffy on the inside. Definitely a good burger. I noticed all of the low rated reviews. Don't pay any attention to those. Just a bunch of whiny, spoiled airmen who were too lazy to get their asses out of their cars and walk inside to pick up their meal.

Food is good and staff is friendly. Drivethru is slow due to having customers wait at first window after paying to keep service times down. Usually spend 20 to 30 minutes in drivethru line eating uo half of lunch period.

It took 23 minutes to just get to the box. I left the line when they didn’t acknowledge me at the box after 2 minutes. There were still 4 cars ahead of me when I got to the box so I could expect it to take another 25 minutes to actually get my food. Someone needs to clear management asap if they care at all about their costumers.

On Shaw AFB is better than off base restaurants. Clean and good food
Avoid this place if you have anywhere to be within an hour of getting there. I sat in line for 25 minutes before driving off. Every time I’ve gone in the past there may have been one or two cars ahead of me and it still took 15 minutes to get my food. When you get food it isn’t near fresh. I recommend getting new management and re training the employees.

There were 8 cars ahead of me in the drive through line. I waited 23 minutes to get to the box, and sat there for two minutes before deciding to get out of line. I would have gotten out of line sooner but once you get in line you're blocked till after you order. If you go through the drive through you can expect to wait at least 6 minutes per car to get your order. Absolute longest I've ever stayed in a drive through line. I hope they get new management because the current management does not care about its costumers in the slightest.

I was about to give them 4 stars because even though the wait was incredibly long and they don't offer drink holders... The food was good and correct only forgot one order of onion rings. I asked him he told me they will put it on. Checked 10 mins later no onion rings he saw me and put it in the frier. So yeah. Seems like the people who work here don't want to actually work here. It's funny cause they are playing Rick Roll on the radio. 2 guys are good older gentleman and young guy taking orders.
