I asked for bo berry biscuits and they said they don’t have any right now and I say you mean you don’t feel like making some right now and I ask for bo cookies and to be made fresh as well and they said we have some ready all ready.

if the worker says 5 minutes it takes 20 minutes at least. they are always out of things and they act as if they don’t care about their job. they he could do better. i will not be returning to this location.

Just went thru the drive thru. The gentleman who they had taking orders had an attitude. He mumbled something and then the second time he said “Bo time” with an attitude. He then fumbled on my order. So a lady who seemed to know how to do her job had to take over. Then I pulled around this gentleman said “ I can’t with this window” while laughing. You work at Bogjangle’s running window is part of your job. That’s like being a dentist and saying “ I can’t with cleaning teeth”. Make it make sense. Then I looked in the box and the chicken were thin and tiny pieces. I definitely prefer the Bojangles at Easley. Would not recommend. I really hope that gentleman can find a job he likes where doing the work doesn’t make him say I can’t.

Drive thru server was short with her words, seemed rushed to just get everyone out the way.The fries I ordered were hot but very undercooked. The chicken wings seemed to have been sitting around. At 11am on a Sunday the wings were cold.I did not care for the service today as this was my first visit to this location, and planned to be back more as I just moved to this area.

Placed a drive thru order today & was told it would be 3 min. for 2 Cajun biscuits & an order of 4 Bo-berry biscuits to be ready. I was instructed to pull forward to the white line & they'd bring my order out to me. 12 min. later I back up to the window to inquire about my order. They told me that their biscuit maker wasn't coming in today & they were having someone else who didn't know how to make biscuits tackle my order. After handing my order to me there was no eye contact, acknowledgement, apologies , etc. After driving forward & parking, I bit into my Cajun biscuit & became entangled with a mouth full of someone's hair. I'll never return to this restaurant again.

I love Bojangles, however - this location has got to be staffed with the lowest performing staff in America. I just waited in line for 45 minutes. To receive 2 sausage biscuits and bo rounds. The mental dwarfs running the drive thru could barely speak, charged my card twice, and left out both of the biscuits and gave me cold bo rounds. I cannot go back to complain or get my $ because I have things to do and can’t piss away another 45 minutes.This location needs an overhaul, fire everyone and start over.

This location is the worst bojangles in the Greenville area. The food they just served us at the drive thru window was absolutely disgusting especially after we asked for fresh biscuits and hashbrowns. Not to mention the entire staff is rude everytime I come. Definitely will not be back.
I came to Bojangles on Friday Nov 17 I came to the drive thrigh at1:25 in the drive through. Ordered a 3 piece chicken tenders and large tea. Within 2 hours i began heavily vomiting. Friday 5:00pm to Saturday 6:00 pm. That was my last visit. As this was the only thing id had to eat prior to 6am that day. Also, you didnt provide a fork and napkins,when i asked for extra,i got 2. Bojangles you gotta do better training at you restaurant.

The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. She is unhelpful and gave attitude the whole interaction. I waited 40 minutes for my order to be complete and she took her time while she wandered around. This location is horrible.
