Bait and switch. They have a website and when you order there, no mention of a confusing “online order fee”. First and last time this place has seen me. Female at register didn’t care when I mentioned my concern and that she will lose a first time client for good. The reaction was “It is just a dollar”. This dollar will be going to someone else in the future. One entree was good, the other one not so much.

I ordered here the other night. I must say my experience here has been but horrible.They always serving re-cook food and it's never freshed,it's always overcooked and dried out whivh leave me to throw the whole order away. I will not recommend my family nor friends here,Sorry guy's but pleased do Better!!

Stopped in the other day and decided to try this place for takeout order. Walked in and the place stunk like cigarettes, which made me want to turn around and leave but I decided to order anyway. The gentleman was not friendly at all and the communication skills are terrible. It took me forever to get him to figure out what I wanted then he kept trying to charge me extra for this and extra for that. This restaurant would be better off if it was in China Instead of the US.I cannot stand the smell of cigarettes and I definitely will not be going back ever!

Do not order from here I’ve gotten food here twice and both times the pork in the fried rices was grey and disgusting. The dumplings were soggy and just all together the food was bad.

Food was ok but not worth dealing with attitude. The Woman Cashier couldn’t comprehend a basic order (boneless rib combo instead of rice I wanted lo mein) and did not provide welcoming service because of it.

Food was disgusting. The lemon pepper wing and fries was overcooked and tasted horrible! Customer Service was not welcoming. This was an indication to leave. I definitely will not be returning.

Food was cooked too long that we couldn't eat it. Ribs was burnt. Chicken wings was dried out. Chicken on the stick was also over cooked. Egg rolls was great but not enough to revisit.

Don't be fooled by Google tagging this place as a buffet. It's takeout only. "Dine-in" is a single table in the corner. Food was good, but they messed up my order.

Due to the limited options in the area, Chang An is our normal go to for take-out Chinese. It took a few times to realize that if we wanted to get anything close to what we ordered, we had to pay an extra $0.99 and order online. The problem now is that they never seem to receive the online order and then we have to wait for them to make the order after we get there and still pay the additional online fee. The staff really needs to work on their communication skills.
