Placed an order like 20 minutes ago, walk in when it said it was gonna be ready and the girl upfront was like “the order that we just now placed” nope i saw my receipt just sitting there untouched in the empty store then had to wait for my order, if I wanted it to be made when I got to the store, I would’ve waited to place the order. That’s why I use online service. And the snobby attitude of the lady was uncalled for as well since there was nobody else in the store

I wasn't planning on leaving a review, but when I saw the response the owner gave to my husband, which is a bald-faced lie, I decided to leave a review as well. We pulled into the woodruff road location at 7:50 p.m. on Saturday evening. The store is not supposed to close until 9:00 p.m. As we pulled in, two employees' cars were leaving and the store was closed. If the owner would like pictures, we took some of the closed store on Saturday evening. Lie again though.

This location states that it closes at 9pm. My family and I pulled in at 7:50pm to witness the employees leaving the parking lot. We weren't the only car that pulled in to discover the store had closed more than an hour ahead of time. Unacceptable.
When I walked in the two young ladies in the front had a very snobby attitude as if I was bothering them for service I love açaí bowls and this was very disappointing I’m from Atlanta Georgia and coming from out of town this is unacceptable I refuse to spend money in an establishment that doesn’t provide good service so I walked out before I left the parking lot another lady leaving the store seemed upset as well I asked her did she experience the same snobby attitude she said absolutely and said she’s only door dashing and they made her feel uncomfortable as well please have a conversation with these young ladies they are not good for business

The fruit was super fresh and inseason and the quantity was impressive.Some may think it’s expensive, but I will pay more for a quality product. You can try their 10 signaturebowlz or 9 smoothiez or build your own bowlz.Start by selecting one item for the base, step 1: pick granola or almond shavings or none, step 2: select upto three fruits, step 3: select up to 3 toppings, step 4: select one drizzle and prepare to enjoy a wonderfulcold treat.Today, I decided to build my own bowlz with mango, almond shavings, blueberries, strawberries, kiwi,chia & flax seeds, and peanut butter drizzle.Our second bowlz started with acai, almond shavings, blueberries, strawberries, kiwi, flax seeds & cacaonibs, and Nutella drizzle.Would definitely recommend to anyone in search of a good wholesome acai bowlz or smoothiez to give this place a try.

I'm a sucker for a good Acai bowl. I have to say, Cocobowlz never disappoints. I always get the Jenny bowl and substitute the peanut butter for Nutella. The fruit is always super fresh and in season. They always pile it high as well. So, while the bowls are expensive, you get a lot of high quality food. Would definitely recommend to anyone in search of a good wholesome Acai bowl.
