I highly recommend everyone going to a different location. The manager Brooke had the nastiest attitude with us. We called our order in to make sure they had enough sauce on the pizza , since the previous time we got pizza there was none. When we got to the window to pick up we asked to make sure there was enough bbq sauce on the pizza. Brooke told us she personally watched the cook make it and assured us it was correct. We get home and of course there’s barely any sauce. So we call to ask what our options were. Brooke offered to make another pizza. We go back to the store to get the new pizza. Brooke was so disrespectful I hope management takes next steps with her. She called us out our names, flicked us off. Extremely unprofessional! I would save yourself the trouble of going here especially if she is there! Whoever the owner is really needs to do something about her. I wish I could give 0 stars.

So how about I go to Domino's on South Street in Simpsonville yesterday and while I'm standing at the counter I see a lady coming out from the back bringing money to drive thru register. She puts money in register and proceeds to the food line and starts to make a pizza. I was like shouldn't you wash your hands. She was like we wash out hands frequently thru out the day. I'm like you just finished handling money. She actually had the nerve to look at me and say it was only for 2 seconds, it's ok. What really gets me is this was the GM talking to me!!! Does she not realize there can be up to 3,000 bacteria and germs on paper money but some of the most popular on money is ecoli and salmonella. She needs to go through basic hygiene class. I can only imagine the impression she puts on her employees toward cleanliness and hygiene

I order from this location regularly. I’m actually really surprised by the other reviews I just read. Personally, my family has yet to receive a bad pizza. They’re always hot, fresh and delicious upon arrival. Delivery is quick, drivers are always courteous. This has now become our go to on busy school/work nights. The “perfect combo deal” is a whole lot of food for a little money. Seriously, you can feed your whole family for $20! Plus, the Parmesan bread bites are so good! ??’s ?

Quoted 45 min delivery. After 1.5 hrs I called and was told my order hadn't been made yet. It would be another 45 before ready to deliver. I said unacceptable my kids are hungry, he said we all have kids that are hungry. Wow great customer service. Asked for a discount was told NO.

I've ordered with them on multiple occasions. This time was horrible. The pizza had minimal sauce! It was so dry that you couldn't chew it. The only good thing was the stuffed cheesy bread with spinach and feta. I called, and they did give me a credit on my next order, but I really don't even want to go there again. There's no excuse for the way the pizza was. I've included a video and a picture.

I understand they are busy and that’s fine but I called the store and they said my food would be ready in 15 minutes and when my friend came to the window they said they didn’t have my order and when I called to see what happened they put me on hold, then some rude girl came on talking about cursing, and I asked her to give me a minute to see if my friend was at the window still via text and she hung up on me.
