Generally unfriendly atmosphere. Horrible service. Felt like I was annoying her when I ordered. She looked behind me at the other customer and literally rolled her eyes because my son was picking out a juice. Had to ask for a plate and silverware. Had to ask for them to heat up my scone which also annoyed them. Will not be back. This place isn’t cool enough to act that cool.

I hate to give this place a not so great review because I normally love it! However, the food and service was not very good today. I always get the nutella and banana crepe, but today it was lukewarm at best when I received it. Which is odd to me because they make it and serve it immediately.The girl who took my order today at the counter was snotty. There wasn't a line behind me and she got irritated when I was unsure of what coffee I wanted. I panicked after her attitude and just ordered the seasonal special (ended up not being good). She then proceeded to roll her eyes when I clicked "no tip" on the screen (no tip because of her attitude).Overall, I love this place and will probably continue coming back, but that girl needs an attitude adjustment and maybe the food needs to be warm when it's supposed to.

This little coffee shop is delightful. I've come here to get work done a few times and really enjoy the space. Their coffee is good, and they have crepes, pastries, and other food. We've had an awesome experience every time we've hosted our Young Professionals Connect Meetup event at Exchange Coffee. The venue and drinks are great, and their barista service is exceptional. I was so HAPPY to find this place!! We were traveling through and wanted to get coffee and something to eat. I have gluten and dairy sensitivities, so that makes it really difficult to find something safe, but they had some goodies!! I got a gluten-free, dairy free, nut free cinnamon roll and oatmeal creme cookie!! Oh my goodness, how delicious!! I wish we didn't live so far away but we will be visiting there again soon!! It seems to be a very busy place but with the delicious food it's no wonder!
