3.15.24, 5:51pm. The black woman who took our order at the window messed up my order. I wanted chocolate chip mint ice cream in a cone. Was giving in a cup. Was told the total bill is $5.00. I asked her is that correct? She said yes. I received a email the total bill is $10.16. They need to trai. Her better. I explained the situation to the young lady who gave the order to us. She was kind an willing to make it good but I decided to let it go.

Amazing as usual!They can do so much to make your order just right. It can get busy, but be patient. The line typically moves at a reasonable pace.I do bring baby wipes, our own water, and make sure we all use the bathroom before we go. There is a public restroom across the street that's maintained, but I would recommend trying to avoid it if you can.

The absolute best place to get ice cream in the Greenville area. This place has everything- great service, diverse menu, and a cute town to tour while eating your ice cream or having a milk shake!!

The kids and I love coming here for fresh and delicious ice creams. So many toppings and sundaes to choose from. The staff is super friendly and effectiant.

We absolutely love this place, always great service and value! I love their massive variety of offerings! One note I would offer is for them to make sure the cobblers are hot (I love the melted ice cream mix that happens), but they were still very tasty! Additionally, my kids love dogs and usually get their puppy fix in from one of their many other guests!

Great ice cream. Cute location. Outdoor seating only. In downtown Simpsonville. Pretty quick service
Just wanted to add, they had a hot drink menu too! I got a delicious coconut latte for $4 while my family enjoyed their ice cream.
