“I gave five stars because I couldn’t give more. The food was excellent! Authentic and cooked fresh while we waited. The owner and is wife were very nice and personable. I had a beef empanada, chicken empanada, pernil, yellow rice and beans, and sweet plantains. If you’re looking for something different this is the place to go. I haven’t had anything like it in the United States. Highly recommended!“
“The Dominican food was excellent, the portions were very good for the price. Yhe environment and decor are veryy cool. The server was very friendly, and took the time with our table without making us feel rushed even though it looked like they had limited staff. Eating outside when the DJ is out can make conversation difficult as the music competes with across the street, but inside it was nice and quiet.“

“This is one of my favorite places in Greenville. The carne asada was amazingly good with a delicious char and not chewy at all like how it can be at other places. The birria is to die for and makes my tummy warm and happy. The loaded churros are filled with a sweet vanilla cream and were worth every single cinnamon sugar coated calorie. “Nice atmosphere, good food, not your typical Mexican menu, which is a nice change. The service was very friendly, my only reason for giving 4 stars is just that it’s fairly high prices for what you’re getting. We also did get charged extra for something that we didn’t realize was an upgrade, even though we were asked if it was our first time. All in all, though, definitely a nice experience with good food, we will keep it in mind for future eating out nights!“

“We have been ordering from Latin Flavorz for 2 years now since we moved here. Everything has been delicious, great sauces, and great employees.All of their empanadas are delicious, I especially love their sweet ones with guava and cheese. Super salchi papas are another favorite, along with the croquettes, fried plantains, and their passion fruit cheesecake.They recently started doing breakfast and added more items. “The food is good! Everything is made fresh to order. I ordered the Bandeja Paisa with chicken. This plate is a good way to try a bit of everything Ecuadorian. It was all very good with a lot of flavor, though the sausage was tough and dry. Be prepared for a lot of food for one, or to share the platter. My hub tried the Cuban sandwich, which was also a good size and came with crinkle fries. He said he loved it, and that the flavor was unique. We also tried the soup of the day, which I can't remember the name but it was a traditional chicken soup and also very tasty. The restaurant itself is small, with table service for dining in. I would recommend when someone (like us) is unfamiliar with the menu that they would make suggestions and describe the flavors. This would have been helpful.
