The overall customer service is fine. I’ve been here before but they NO LONGER ACCEPT CASH OR SLAB HAPPY REWARDS. I drove from Spartanburg for a birthday reward, and cash. Disappointing visit. (There is a small sign on the door about the no cash that could easily be overlooked)

I love Great American Cookie Company cookies so the cookies are good but not my favorite with the ice cream. Staff is usually young teens but always helpful and nice. The outside is definitely the best place to sit while enjoying your treat but the price of everything is kind of ridiculous. This is a every now and then type place. For my husband, me, and our 2 kids, we spent $30. Would recommend for the cookies!

The icecream looked like it had melted then frozen again. The Gelato had dirt specks in it. Uh the cost was 16 for two small cups of yuck.Never going back.

We've been here twice and both times we were greeted with friendly customer service. If only that was the only thing we came for it would be 5/5 stars. Unfortunately the ice cream had a weird taste to it(freezer burnt and almost like it was in a fridge with leftovers taste). We had peanut butter add in with chocolate ice cream. The cookies don't taste fresh and are hard. Maybe that was a fluke.

All I wanted for my birthday was a mint chip and chocolate cake from BR. It wasn’t a huge ask from my husband, who neglects to listen to literally anything I say. So he waited until the last minute and realized he couldn’t get what I specifically, slowly, and in great detail told him I wanted.Anyway, he called Marble Slab who told him they had mint chip and chocolate cake “in the back” and he could come pick it up. He did, and much to my extreme disappointment, he brought this imposter of a cake home for my 40th birthday. It was terrible. The ice cream was flavorless, the “cake” was some sort of freezer burned ice cookie, and it was expensive to add insult to injury.I’m 39 weeks pregnant, miserable, still working, and small pleasures are all I have right now. This cake made me contemplate divorce.

Ice cream with unlimited mix-ins was great. The only thing keeping this particular business from going under is the great service from the two school kids. The cookie display looked nasty and the atmosphere was barf. The owners just don’t care I guess. Drive to an ice cream shop where you, as a customer and your money, are wanted and appreciated. The owner does in fact keep the tips do not tip it goes to the angry condescending owner who says it is her right to keep them cause she pays 10$ an hour. They are all high school kids that get left alone in the store with out supervision. Terrible people own this location!!!!
I ordered an ice cream cake a week in advance. When I arrived at the store it took around 10 minutes for them to find my cake. It was not decorated as pictured online so I asked if they could add some words to the cake for a birthday. It was very sloppy and the word birthday was misspelled. I called the following day to see if they had a replacement cake before the birthday party. The owner told me I could purchase another cake but they wouldn’t make it right. I will not be retuning.

I do want to like this spot because it’s very convenient. The ice cream is great. The management is terribly lacking with a total disregard for customer satisfaction. In fact, the owner can be very condescending.I have always questioned the “tip or gratuity screens” that now appear in most service establishments. But I totally get it, if the gratuity goes to the employees. However, any gratuity you leave when you pay at this specific store goes directly to the owner and not the employees. Yes your gratuity goes to the owner. Don’t take my word for it. Ask any employee at this location during check out, “Do you get the tip I leave”? They will tell you No - if done discreetly. I don’t leave tips here anymore.There are a few other issues. It’s basically a lack of trust and confidence in the integrity and willingness of this management to “do the right thing” for others and customers.

They've changed the ingredients of the cookie dough. It used to be small bits now it's large mushy cookie dough. Is mainly the Simpsonville location. It's starting to taste like Trash Stone... I mean Cold Stone
