We ordered 2 pizzas for delivery about 3 weeks ago. The pizzas were delivered to our neighbors next door...Who were not home and left on their front porch. We were not notified. We finally called marcos who said it was delivered. When they described the house we figured out where the pizzas were. By this time they were cold. We were told they would give us a credit for our next order. We ordered again yesterday but they said there was no credit. This is not the 1st time we've had issues with this marcos. We will probably not order from them again since their employees seem to not care about customer service.

We usually have a good experience but tonight we did not. We ordered pizza for a pick up time of 7:00pm. I was running early (6:37) and checked the app for status update and it was marked ready. Which was nice. Really sucky if I was showing up at 7:00. But I was close by. Got there and picked up around 6:45. I did notice it wasn't hot when I walked out but didn't address. Got home and you could tell it had been sitting and just kept warm. Guess they judged wrong on when to start it. This review is mostly for the terrible customer service. "Temp should have been addressed in the lobby" and couldn't have been cold. Also and forgotten drinks aren't on them, "it's self serve." No interest in customer satisfaction.

Good food and good service too. Have ordered from them several times for delivery and pick up at their convenient drive through. Love being able to pick up my order at the window .

Not sure how this place is still in business. Food is decent, but repeated bad experiences. Most recently ordered online hours in advance and when picking up at agreed upon time, I was informed it’d be another hour or two.Update: What more is there to "look into?" You took an online order for a specific time, but didnt have the order ready.Why would I go to Facebook or Twitter to provide you my contact info? It was an online order, so you have my phone number and email address already. Don't worry about contacting me though, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Rating is a direct reflection of management. Appeared to be on something. Pacing back and forth doing nothing. Clasping her hands repeatedly with a blank expression. Two team members who were trying to keep up with lunch orders on a Saturday, a third who stared at me while using his cell phone, and management appeared oblivious to everything. 7 people in the lobby waiting past their promised order times and there was little sense of urgency. That being said, the new Mike's hot honey pizza is pretty good.

This is what the “magnifico” pizza toppings are. I’ve had one before, and it seems like they took the topping for one pizza and spread to two. Also, my order was for one Ultimate (pepperoni and sausage) and one sausage magnifico. Needless to say I didn’t receive that, and the wait time was literally twice what was told on the phone when ordering.This particular location is extremely hit or miss, and I can’t make sense of when they’re good vs bad…

From the phone call to place the order to the pickup, this was awful. Large thin crust pepperoni pizza was overcooked to the point the crust was burned. Wish we had looked at it before getting it home.Never ever again.Threw it in the trash.This was the worst pizza ever.

So they burned the entire pizza. Tried to leave feedback on their tellmarcos site. Well when you click on no receipt code the sure takes you directly to order a pizza function. Owner of the West Georgia Rd location, Sean, called a few days after the initial review I posted with google. . He was apologetic and spent a good half hour outlining all the issues at this location. Sounded like chaos. He seemed sincere when he said he would put a check in that days mail but that clearly didn't happen. Spoke with him on Aug 16. No check. Called yesterday the 24th Aug and as luck would have it he answered. I explained that no check was received. He said he was sincere and mailed the check Monday. Well still no check. I will plan to drive to this store to collect my refund if not received by Monday mail. He had one chance to reinstall trust. Not sure he's gonna earn my trust back and I plan to communicate this experience widely and often.

Unfortunately, they've gotten rid of my favorite (calzones) and their staff was beyond disappointing! 2 skateboarders came whizzing up behind us as we tried to enter, only to find out these 2 sweaty boys are the pizza makers (didn't see either wash their hands). And the kid on the register was either high or deaf...he couldn't get our order right (or the 2 orders before ours and never even tried to give the man's change to him). It took me calling over the manager who had to fix his prior 2 mistakes before she could help us. By then we were "not happy" (to understate it) & we just left. We weren't sure of their sanitation, knowledge, or ability to get ANYTHING right!! We will never go back...EVER!!!!Shame on all Marcos higher ups... you DM's & GM's severely need to get involved!!! Just shameful!!!

Manager Michael was rude and unprofessional and needs to be removed from his job. He told me to go screw myself when I asked for wings I ordered. I asked for owners name and he hung.
