I have to change my review. It is 20 minutes until closing time according to Google. There are 3 cars here. And I see employees inside. Apparently they are not serving anyone. No one is responding at the drive through. So someone management should update google hours!

I remember why I don't come to this one. The tables aren't wiped down. There is one kiosk open and it's not printing receipts. Theres almost no point to the table tents. No one runs the food to thetable for table delivery. Just get rid of it. You can't get anyone to help you because you have one person running the front and back. Terrible general management of staff resources. The food was made correctly so theres that positive.

No one is moving with purpose honestly looked like no one wanted to be there and the slow motion the employees were moving at showed. 3 orders in front of me and a happy meal and 10 piece took 36 mi. My daughter and I come here for a treat today was the last time Fountain Inn McDonalds here I come.

employee was ugly and rude. please pick a struggle. was ordering food with my friends being VERY polite because i was raised right unlike this employee. and apologized for having two orders and he said “i don’t have time to play around pull up to the window” so i pulled up to the window and he slammed the window in my face before i could order. so i asked for a manager very politely and all they did was say “okay” and walk away. so i went back through the drivethrough and placed my second order and he was very rude to me. would give 0 stars if possible. train your employees please and teach them how to respect others.

Time for closing online says 12am. Drove through on Wednesday the 21st of Feb at 11pm and was told at the order screen that they were closed. If the place was truly closed that is fine, then the online needs to be updated but at an hour before they close telling someone false info is ridiculous. Service at this location is

Friday afternoon around 4 pm..waited in drive thru line 30 mins..the line wrapped around the building and out to Fairview Rd..Mgr standing at the side of the building with a chocolate shake..side door was open so could see employees goofing off chasing one another etc..ordered medium fries and a coke..fries were cold..this poor service/food has happened several times...won't happen again..plenty of places to eat in Simpsonville.

My boyfriend and I used to like coming here for a quick bite, but just a few days ago we found insects in the chocolate shake we ordered. At first I thought it was specks of dirt or something from an unclean machine (which is a whole different problem), but on closer inspection I realized they were bugs.They're lucky we didn't get sick or call DHEC. I probably won't be eating here again until they have new management- this isn't a problem that should even happen.
