I guess the manager “Josh” forgets that Dashers are also customers, after his rudeness towards me as a Dasher, I will be sure to never eat here again. Talking about Dashers to other employees likes we cannot hear. I frequent this location but I do not support egotistical management.

I used to eat here all the time a couple years ago and it was amazing. However, in the time that I've been gone, they got rid of Jr. burritos and their coca cola freestyle machine. Their post renovation look is also so sterile looking- I really prefer the old atmosphere they used to have in here.

Food quality after remodeling went down drastically. My fiancé and I were extremely happy to try Moe’s after the new renovations but our dine in experience ended in disappointment as the food quality was just very bad. Nothing tasted fresh like it used to, we didn’t even want to finish our food. Before this place got a make over, I would have recommended it, but now I just recommend Chipotle. Thats where we take our money now. Sad because we loved eating here, but I guess at least the customer service is great as always. Always greeted with a smile.

I made an online order and showed up about 30 mins after pickup time (my fault for being lazy). Apparently someone else picked up my order, but the team working was absolutely understanding and helpful in cooking my order on the fly when they realized there was a mistake. And I don’t think the mistake was on their end at all, just a miscommunication in general. I appreciate these workers so much for taking care of me and making sure I got my order, they’re amazing. The manager is a stand up guy.

Didn’t get the welcome to moes greeting no one made eye contact for at least 1.5. Minutes he ambiance has a capitalistic vibe not like it used to be. Drink machine was downgraded since I was here last. The old fun menu names are altered. Not the same moes that got me to eat here. I think my new home is salsaritas.

Really not worth the price. Went there today 2/8/24 and spent nearly $60 on bowls and a stack. The portions were incredibly small especially the protein and chips but the biggest issue is everything was just so bland. We had the seasoned rice as well as cilantro lime, both types of chicken and ground beef and both types of beans. It tasted like nothing was seasoned at all, we even doused everything in queso and it still was just plain and flavorless. Even a bit of salt would have helped but everything honestly just sucked. I don't recommend this place at all, you are better off driving up to the Chipotle in Maudlin. Service was fine so that's a plus but we won't be coming here again.

Staff was very condescending to my sister and I after we wanted to confirm our large take out order had everything in there. Staff became visibly irrate when we looked through the bags off to the side. First time something like this happened. Luckily, they got everything right.

I got a regular bowl with chicken, rice, and a few other toppings. When I tell you that rice was gummier than a stick of chewing gum, and the meat smelled funny. Staff was cool, but that food is not it. This is the first Moe's I've had that was this terrible with the food (I'm from FL). Won't be going back there anytime soon lol.
