Ended up at this location by accident, but hey, it happens. Great service, our server was attentive and friendly. I personally didn't like the dish I got, I thought the gravy lacked flavor and had too much black pepper, and the chicken was dry. However, the rolls and appetizers were great.

Food was pretty good. Our server wasn't as attentive as one would like. Drinks empty for a little bit. Another server had to come and ask if they can have our ketchup for another table. What do you say, but sure I guess. Then hope you have enough...lol. That is why I gave the 3 in atmosphere.

Tonight we had a group of 23 people for our community dinner. The Mgr Stu made sure everything was on point. Our server Emily was awesome. The food was great. The service was great. Everyone enjoyed it. Some had never been there before but are now huge fans. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful evening. O’Charley’s rules!!!! ?

Good service and decent food. The servers all seemed to be trained well and had good attitudes. Management checked in and quickly helped figure out an issue.

Great wait staff! Quick service! Great menu choices! It's amazing how some restaurants are struggling with waitstaff problems but not O'Charlies. It's amazing to see people who really like working for a company! Kudo's to O'Charlies management staff for making it a great place to work!

I got a to go 12 oz. Sirloin and it was absolutely awful. We usually get six oz but I decided to order my husband a 12 oz. It was like pressed meat nothing like a steak. I tasted it and had to spit it out. We usually love what we get from O'Charley's but this was really bad. Not knowing if I will return or not. One $40 bad experience is enough.

We were served cold freezer burned seafood that was more bread than protein. The shrimp was hard and dried out, crabs were all bread with no meat, fish was greasy. The burger was an industrial patty of bland mummy meat. The dressings for salad and tartar sauce were mostly vinegar. $62 for three people served terrible food.

August 2023Ask for Vic and try the Cali grilled chicken salad YOU won't be disappointed as He will take the BEST care of you, make you feel like you are in a fine dining establishment, and the salad is fresh healthy and deliciousHe EVEN split our salad for us and my Mom and I both left full ?I ALWAYS enjoy eating at O'Charleys and this last visit was no exception!I had my fav - chicken tender salad and my son had the French DipTIPS:1: Access- if you're coming from 385 then turn left into at the Home Depot stop light then take an IMMEDIATE right and cut thru the parking lots2: IF you are a gracious and generous guest ask for Zayne W and you will be VERY WELL take care of!3: If you REALLY like hot sauce ask Zayne about how they like it in Nashville4: FINALLY if there is anything you wish for or want ASK FOR IT (hint hint)

The food and experience are always good when we come to O'charleys but this time was awesome! Our server, X, was amazing! We haven't had service like this in a very long time. He was attentive and friendly to ALL his tables. You can tell he enjoys his job! Thank you X!

Kayla was awesome made my evening better after a long rough day! Very attentive to my needs. Food was not very good but could’ve just been my choice so not ruling it as bad cuisine. But Kayla though she was bartender and server killing it effortlessly!

Overall the place was ok. The bartender really went out of her way to be nice, but I think the staff has gotten used to being a little too comfortable with the customers (regulars) because I was asked “when am I going to have children” by the bartender which was a strange question out of the blue (my first time coming here). My food was not impressive and the steak had to be sent back. Don’t expect strong drinks here.

July 13th - Left at 7:45 PM.We actually had a snafu with our call-in order… There must have been a mix up, but we waited for quite a while to only find out that our order wasn’t even registered in the system.But, all is well! I’m just noting this because the manager was such a godsend this evening. He worked with my husband to figure out the problem (and another customer’s order, who also had the same issue) and was super efficient the whole time. Our meal was comped, and we’ll definitely be back to dine in next time. Never caught the name of the manager, but wanted to thank him for his help tonight!

Oh my goodness yall our waiter Justin was amazing. The good was delicious hot and fresh. Johns sweet mashed potatoes was amazing.This was our first time here and I pro.ise you we will be back. I recommend O'Charlie's to everyone and ask for Justin you will not be disappointed!
