Salads always have slimy rotten lettuce (because it comes from a bag.) Bowl is never full. Staff refuse to take items we don’t want off of the sandwiches - why? Even the kid’s sandwiches are all bread. Grilled cheese should have cheese! Done with this place! Cancelled our Sip Clubs too. Price increased to $16 + per month and they make us stand in line for cups now.

This location has gone down the toilet. They are always out of a large potion their baked goods and menu items regardless of the time of day. The employees have become rude and ignore me when I come in the restaurant. Even the team manager told me she would check on the availability of a baked good to go with my meal tonight, and she never came back to follow up. I don't recommend this Panera Bread.

My problem is that EVERYTIME I order a salad I have to go through and pick out all the rotton pieces of lettuce. Its just gross! The soup was good and the baguettes are always great, but my meal feels incomplete when I can't eat half of it. I've said something several times but it still happens. They really need to check their lettuce before serving it! Oh and I paid over $1 extra for extra parm and there was hardly any on there.

After seeing the Woman’s bathroom I will never eat here again. You need a code to get in the bathroom door so I can’t see how it got that way accidentally. This was also early on a Sunday.

This was our first ever visit to a Panera Bread, and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the food was awesome! We had sandwiches, a soup bowl, citrus lemonade, and a strawberry banana smoothie, and everything was really great. We will definitely be back!
Incredibly dirty. No customer service whatsoever. Ordered from the kiosk and 2 “pick 2” soup ands sammies took 22 minutes to get out. There were a total of 10 people in the place and two orders we could see ahead of ours.Floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a week. Tables were filthy.Pick another Panera or other chain - this one has never been good.
