Crazy. Called the phone number and got automated assistant, then it patched me to a call center to take my order. So I asked how long the wait time was for a pickup and was told she couldn't tell me until AFTER I placed my order. I explained that another location was an 1.5h wait and that didn't work for me, and so I called this Hwy14 location. She said sorry, so I said no thanks, and waited for the automated 1-question survey that was supposed to follow the call. No dice - she said no survey since I didn't order. Nope. Done with this location.

I got very sick after ordering a Shaq pizza yesterday. After ordering here a few times and this occurring everytime, I plan to not get Papa John’s again. Service is great but something is wrong with the pizza.

The Works pizza was absolutely perfect in every way. Every topping was generous in portion and evenly distributed, including cheese. Even a broken clock is right twice a day, but this location has been this good on multiple occasions (more than two).

I ordered a Shaqaroni pizza a couple weeks ago. Hardly any pepperoni on it, and certainly not what they advertise. I did the survey and corporate responded to me with a free pizza by calling the manager. I picked up the free pizza tonight and should’ve looked at it before I got home because there was no pepperoni on it at all. I called and they more or less laughed about it. Never ordering again.
