“I think this is my new favorite addiction. Top things I look for in the food industry: 1. Cleanliness 2. Professional staff 3. Good atmosphere 4. And of course, great tasting, fresh quality food. The different spices and freshness of the chicken, French fries, the cilantro rice and yucca (just few of the dishes I tried) exceeded my expectations and makes me want to go back for more. Growing up I thought El Pollo Loco was good, but this tops that. They marinade the chicken for 24 hours and the chicken they use is hormone free. It was perfectly seared and just bursted with flavor. Highly recommend!!!“
