The people there are nice. However, the manager is super load and bossy the her employees in a humiliating manner. She needs emotional intelligence training. This should be a guess experience, instead of hearing about all the employees' personal issues.

Terrible service, I asked for a Chai tea Latte with soy and powdered cinnamon, and she gave me a latte with soy and not cinamon, when I told her that it wasn’t what I ordered she told me that I was wrong and that she prepared what I ordered.

Not a huge coffee fan but my wife is so we visit regularly and the staff is always very friendly and our orders are perfect. The only real knock i can think of is that you will almost certainly have to wait in line pretty much anytime of the day because it is so popular. The hot chocolate is excellent, as is the cheese Danish. A bit overpriced for my taste but then again i don't drink coffee so i try not to judge.Dietary restrictions: If you have a lactose issue i would make sure to ask what products contain dairy because some of them may surprise you.

Slowest and rudest employee! Literally waited 30 minutes and the extremely rude girl making the drinks was BY FAR unprofessional! We started getting impatient waiting and she told my daughter next time to choose another Starbucks. Wow! There were no cars in the carline and 4 or 5 other people in there. She was so incredibly rude! Other customers were walking out. Wish I knew her name but will never return for sure!
