Accidentally grabbed someone else’s mobile order with the wrong name and the barista with blonde curly hair yelled at me and made me feel sooooooo bad. I was already anxious and embarrassed enough!! He also asked if I had taken a sip from it yet as he was going to give it to the correct person….don’t think this follows health regulations as even if I hadn’t drank from it I had touched it

I always love this Starbucks. I've gone to them when I've had wrong orders/issues at the one in Travelers rest or other stores. This one seems to always get it right/or makes it right. And their coffee just tastes good. They're nitro tastes so smooth and yummy. Their cold brew is nice and strong, not watered down. Their cold foam is balanced and blended the right way, so it doesn't have any weird after taste.

This is my 10 year old daughter's favorite "Starbucks"! And I'm glad because it is only about a mile from my house! The staff is always friendly and makes my kids feel welcome. My three younger kids love coming here for the cake pops and Frappuccinos...

Only giving a one star because there isn’t an available zero star. We walked in got our order in and ended up wait for 45 minutes and anytime we asked about it the female worker kept giving us dirty looks and making sarcastic comments, and as we were walking out the door almost an hour later she told us to visit another Starbucks in the area, how disrespectful and she also managed to not give us a sandwich that we payed for and mess up two of the only drinks we ordered.
Largest starbucks I've ever seen but doesn't have that comfy cozy feel to it. No couches. & a lot of wide open space but service & quality is tops.

Just came through the drive-thru to get a small hot chocolate no whip cream and a hot white chocolate mocha. Paid $15 for two drinks the white chocolate mocha was only 3/4 of the way full no whip cream and the small hot chocolate had whipped cream. To the most simplest drinks still come out wrong it's not like we ordered the supercalifragilisticexpialidocious drink. And still had to wait over 20 minutes for them to correct it
