Now I order a 6 in tuna sub every other day with shredded cheese. The young representative in their fixing my sandwich puts less than the nutritional prescribed amount of cheese that is even eaten in a meal on my sandwich it was so little cheese. I asked her is that all the shredded cheese that you give on that sandwich she said yes that's all that comes on it and in my mind I'm like you're a lie I do this every other day. And then I said never mind and as I was saying it she was putting the cheese back up and putting the bread back up in the oven. To indicate she was not willing to fix this sandwich properly. Subway on Ray E Talley Court in Simpsonville y'all can play with somebody else money..... thankfully it's a Subway every other corner......NEXT

Ordered a Steak Footlong and before I could even get the words out of my mouth, I was told the toaster was broken, but in a tone like the toaster has either never worked or was working just fine but the worker was in no mood to go the extra step and use it.I asked for the meat to be heated at least, and they threw the whole sandwich, bread, meat, and cheese in the microwave. I should have just walked out at this point but I finished my order. Somehow the bread was rubbery from the microwave, yet the cheese was not melted.Will not be back nor will I send my employees here to cater for our lunches.

I've been here about two or three times prior to today. Normally the owners have made my sandwich. Today there was a girl with about two earrings in her nose that made it. I asked for my usual turkey with mayo. She swiveled the mayo across one side which was perfect I asked for extra mayo she then adds one huge glob to the other. I look at her and say no thanks and walk out. Not to mention she didn't bother to untangle the turkey which I let slide. But the glob of mayo I simple couldn't. As we all know presentation is everything thing. If I wanted meat disproportioned and globs of mayo I could have my toddler make me a sub. So to the girl that's working right now since I just left 11/10/23 @ 12:26pm do better with presentation and let's lose the attitude when a customer asked for anything extra.

Went into day get sub and told when walk in door very Rudely that they did not accept coupons because the price of food has. Gone up period why is Subway putting out coupons? If they cannot be used, it does not say anything on the coupon. Certain locations do not accept the coupon period period so I left and went to Taco Bell and got something to eat? And tonight when I get Home. I will put a post on Facebook with this location and why not to go there?
This location does not take coupons. They should have a sign outside that indicates Subway coupons on not accepted. I have tried this location a few times, each time the service is slow and usually only one person handling orders.

First off, the employee that helped make our sandwiches, walked in from a break or something outside - went right thru the doorway and started making sandwiches WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS. Also what's the point of sending out coupons when you don't honor them????? They were also out of bacon... BACON! We thought we'd give Subway a chance but we are going back to being faithful to Jersey Mike's - we are sorry for the lapse in judgement JM!

I ordered online 3 subs. They canceled my order because they were out of tuna . Did not contact me nor refund my money right away. They say it takes up to 24hrs and I’m waiting. I’ll never go to this store again.
