It's Taco Bell, so I know what level of food I'm getting... BUT... having to order from a handheld in the drive-thru when I can't even see the damn menu... so you can keep your line time down? No. Not okay & you're gonna be losing more than me from that style. You're not CfA & nobody goes there expecting CfA service. We want tacos & the ability to make choices without the bologna of being handed an overhandled kiosk & trying to learn how to operate it on the fly, where the items we want are, how to upsize or get no ice. It was a trash ordering experience. Be Taco Bell... how else you gonna win the restaurant wars?

This place is the worst Taco Bell location in the upstate. How is it I went through the drive thru get to the window... And the lady had the audacity to say to go back around because they had two cars behind me and my food wasn't ready. Completely unacceptable! Y'all got to get it together!

They refused to ring up at the register. Instead, she said someone could help on the kiosk. Nope. If you can't ring me up for a human to take my money but can take the time to find someone to go out in the dining area to help someone with the kiosk how is that time management? How is that good customer service?

Whoever is working right now and just answered the phone (1/22/24, 11:30pm) has excellent customer service skills. He is always very kind. My girlfriend and I always have a good experience here - thank you!
I hadn't eaten at a Taco Bell and maybe 5 or 6 years and my eyes are pretty bad at 70 years old trying to read those menus at a distance. The employee that answered the call was so helpful when I explained to him that I had a hard time seeing the little menu and I hadn't been there in quite a while. I told him I wanted a plain bean burrito with beef but I didn't want any of the accoutrements. He said" okay I will charge you for a bean burrito subtract all of the lettuce tomato sour cream and then add the beef to it Will that be okay with you ma'am." I wish I had gotten his name He was awesome and polite. It was night before last so it would have been the night of the 14th. Taco Bell you have an awesome employee in that young man. So many of the fast food places I go into just consider you a number and they could care less. Kudos to your great employee I will be eating here again.
