If you add anything to sandwich, expect it to come plain with the exception of what you added. Happens every time. If I wanted it missing the items, I'd have made the adjustment in the order.

This is a very busy drive through location. Amd because of that the length of time waiting can be quite long. The people are nice it's just busy. Consider just pulling into a spot and order at the counter.

Everything I ordered was not available. I ordered a baked potato that they did not have. I then ordered a side salad to be told they no longer sale. Then I ordered a coke that they did not have either. Every time I go to this Wendy’s they are out of something. One night they did not have the lights on the menu board or outside and was told the lights were on a timer. Keep thinking it will get better but not yet.
I could grow lettuce, raise a pig and a cow send them to slaughter package process and distribute faster then this Wendy’s can get you through the drive

I waited in a long line tonight just to get to the intercom and the staff say, “we’re out of potatoes, straws, fry containers, honey mustard sauce, bbq sauce, dr. Pepper etc.” this is not the first time this location has been out of multiple necessary items at once. Customer service could be better as well. Just closed the store at this point!

Very unprofessional. Worse Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. They are always out of everything. Every single time I come here I have a bad experience and the wait time is Horrible!Cashier rude. She stated they were out of cups and was unable to give drinks with the meal. But still charged me the price of a whole meal with a drink. Then I said, if I’m not getting a drink can I get a 4pcs nugget in place of the drink which is cheaper than purchasing a drink and she said rudely replied no so I asked are you all going to take off the drink price that is included in the meal? Again being rude said no, do you want to continue or no? Whewwwww.Do yourself a favor go to any other surrounding fast food places on this road. Don’t waste your time or your money here.
