Ordered the fireball shooter and fireballers lemonade. Didn't even get a buzz. Shooter came in a shot glass, it was only a fourth full. My girls food was overcooked. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.

I ordered chicken Alfredo but it was extremely dry. The garlic bread tasted very bland too compared to the Boiling Springs location. I also ordered boneless chicken wings last week and it tasted terrible. I don't know if it was the sauce or the wings but it tasted "chemically " ewwwwww.

Gave 2 stars because the blue Hawaiian Long Island tea wasn’t that bad although it lacked severely in alcohol portion. The food was terrible and both our fries were very very cold. Haven’t been here in over 10 years wanted to see if it got better, absolutely not! Won’t be back.

Me and my daughter got food poisoning.Update: Cant drink or eat, Very dizzy today and ended up at urgent care. Had to call out of work 3/11/24 for many symptoms and will not be going to work tomorrow. Cook at home!

Another great experience from Applebee’s they have a very great manager. They are named Chris. He does his job very well and goes above and beyond to make sure every customer is satisfied. This manager needs to be recognized for what he does because this is the best experience I’ve ever had at an Applebee’s, Chris takes every order and treats it like it’s his own order. He’s very respectful kind openhearted to every customer he meets and I just can’t express how seriously Chris takes his job hopefully not just my review gives him credit but hopefully he gets recognized for everything he does Chris is the manager that keeps me coming back in ordering from Applebee’s every time I always order the triple chocolate meltdown, dessert

Ordered 2 triple chocolate melts from here on DoorDash and they had no ice cream so called the manager Chris and he helped me and my husband put so we could still get our dessert and then DoorDash forgot my chocolate milks and he brought them to me so I could still get my complete order because DoorDash wouldn’t get what they forgot to grab me and any husband are a 100% satisfied with our service ? and the dessert looked so beautiful

I called and went back for my fries and they obviously didn't make fresh ones, as these were cold as well.I shared my experience through their review website on the receipt. The manager sent me an email offering to send me a gift card after two emails. Then asked for my address to mail it. Two emails later, no response, a month later still no gift card. Will I be going back? Nope.

Valentines day was a hit! My husband and I did a last minute date thing and went here! Left very happy and ready for bed. I had a great time. The atmosphere was great.
Complete waste of money we went there last night at 8:30 bartender seem to know that we sat in the bar and ordered food and not just alcohol The staff was screaming at him to come and get his orders The food came out cold and when we told them about it they took it back like it was a problem I don't understand the problem we were paying for it on top of the fact that when our main food came out it was covered in grease I understand we ordered fish You should have let the grease run off of it not on to my plate and puddled and the food was down way too long it was shriveled completely unacceptable will never go there again we recommend you don't go to that Applebee's if you're going to go to a Applebee's completely completely unacceptable

Our server could remember who had what. She slick, and I thought we were not going to notice the things that she made errors on because we were having conversations among ourselves. Make sure you check your kids' drinks were asked for a sprite for the child that was with her, and they gave her water. I advised her that she was supposed to have a sprite. All of us have salads but different ones. She gave the wrong salad to some that was allergic to tomatoes. She was non chalant to our table. Her attitude didn't change until she realized how well we tipped her in cash, although her service sucked!!!Parking: It's enough parking.
