The chicken was ok. Lukewarm The mashed potatoes tasted like they were running out and just added lots of water to it. It was almost runny. Disgusting. Green beans were good. Please do better, your restaurant is definitely not cheap.

I placed an 80 dollar order.Pretty simple, straightforward order.20 piece all dark meat and a few sides.After an hour, I received someone else's order. I reordered through door dash.Bojangles called me, after another hour passed and said they didn't have 20 pieces of dark meat because they, " were about to close and were not going to drop any more chicken". That they would give me, "what they had left".I've worked in the food service industry for almost 20 years. I'm speaking from experience when I say, that is extremely unprofessional and very pathetic customer service. A mistake is understandable when it happens.Willingly doing less than the bare minimum is inexcusable. Especially after making such a mistake.Sadly, it's not the first time I've had such a terrible experience from this bojangles.Poor customer service will bring down reviews for a restaurant much faster than substandard food.

The front counter lady was very nice. The food is good. My husband told another employee (manager?) they were out of self-serve regular coffee. She said okay. No one came out for a while. He went back up and told the front counter lady. As he was saying he's sure they are busy, the 'manager' said, "I'm busy." The front counter lady apologized, took his cup, and filled it with coffee behind the counter. As we left, my husband went up to apologize to the 'manager'. She didn't look at him to acknowledge he was speaking to her.. She said okay.
Ordered my food prior to going to the restaurant. They didn't make it by the time I've reached there. But the supervisor was very pleasing and did my order on priority. Overall good experience.
this place is the worst every time i come here i have to wait on my food. It’s freaking ridiculous they are so freaking unprofessional and the time that they give me to wait it’s always longer than that. then they act as if they forget about my order.

It's bojangles, the employees are like any other employees; some bad, some great. The food is mediocre but that is definitely not limited to this location only. Only ever been in drive thru so no comments on the inside or cleanliness of it. Ham biscuits are salty btw.
