I am writing this review to discuss the very very poor customer service that I receive from a young Hispanic girl with a ponytail every time go there! I refer to her as a young girl because of her behavior,or the lack soical skills!. She speaks with a barely audible whisper at drive through that I have to strain to hear and when I ask her politely to repeat herself, she whispers even softer. After struggling through my horrible drive through experience, I drive around to pay just to be confronted with that girl with a very obvious scowl on her face as if she was disgusted to see me,because I asked her to speak up! Initially, for the last few months, I tried to chalk it up as she was new or she was having a bad day, but after my last experience with her today where she just literally took my card, walked away while my card was still in the machine and after a few minutes returned, handed me the card and food and shut the window and turned her back on me as if I was a nuisance to her. I dread every time I go to the drive through,because I know she will be the one to take my order and give me unwarranted disgust and attitude!! I've worked in hospitality services before and understand the frustration it can bring on busy days, but attitudes,disgust,disrespect scowling faces are not part of customer service for any job! Why is she allowed to continue to work there?! This individual is a reflection of this particular restaurant as a whole, which is disheartening, because everyone else there displays appropriate to excellent customer service skills at all times,even during a rush. Therefore, I thanks those staff members,but as for that young Hispanic girl that works at drive through needs to be psycheducated in how to interact with others utilizing appropriate social skills!!!!!

Went thru the drive thru for a Cajun filet blt. How do you make any kind of blt without the “t”? And no mayo. A week ago I had the same thing and the sandwich was awesome except, the mayo was two packs in the bag. Today, the filet was flat, dry and old. Amazing what you’ll eat when you’re really hungry. Why doesn’t management care enough to fix their problems? Getting food there is a gamble.

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich add pickles. We waited forever in the drive thru and when I got it, it was cold and dried out and had no mayonnaise. It was not fit to eat.

I do not even know what made me stop by. The food is always gross here. I did. I was greeted with a very rude young lady. I suppose she was upset bc I asked her for the tap pay for my phone. Which in 2024 is very common. She had to move a little and hand the machine to me thru the window. Then I asked her to please make sure she puts Mayo in my bag. She said yes. Got home cold food and no Mayo I just threw it away. Waste of money and horrible service

What started off as a "good morning sunshine" ended in a sour visit. Black older women could not take orders efficiently. Then when we get to the window no good customer service interaction. We had ordered Bo rounds at the menu board but when at the window we noticed they weren't in our bag so we let her know just for her to rudely tell us "give me your receipt" so we did but guess what it was no Bo rounds on it. Which SHE did not ring up ? (which we assumed she did) So we just let it go.. Their attitudes is enough to make you wanna travel an extra 10 miles to another Bojangles. Ladies, if you don't wanna work there (customer service) then please find another job instead of ruining other people's mornings..

We placed an online order and when we arrived they hadn't even started it. Then it was going to be 5 minutes for the Cajun chicken to cook which turned into about 8-9 minutes. We get our food finally and then had to get cups for our drinks which took another 2 minutes. While they are fixing drinks we were checking the bag and didn't have bo rounds. We let them know and they said it would be another 5 minutes. We were the first customers in there and ended up being last. Very frustrating!

The manager Camille is horrible she plays favoritism between her workers when workers that she hang out with outside of work doesn't show up and leave the shift for dead they still have a job and they make there own schedule but when I call off because I don't have a ride she fired me . If you were to get a job there she would play favoritism and find a reason to fire you also

Over us not getting all our food so he went back in and a black lady working there had the audacity to say since he’s white that’s why he wanted more food! When he had our receipt. I will be contacting corporate on every single one of them.
