Today we went into the drive thru for a relatively small order. The black woman who spoke to us in the drive thru was very kind and provided great customer service. We need more people like her in the world.

I've been ordering an egg biscuit some mornings bc it will settle on my stomach better than other foods. My only problem with it is sometimes, at this location, I might get a good size egg and sometimes I barely get an egg on my biscuit. I should be able to get the same good amount of egg vs biscuit for the price I have to pay for it.

We hit the jackpot yesterday afternoon with this Bojangles.Management if you're reading-- your staff working between 2-4pm on March 11, 2024 were the KINDEST and most hospitable drive-thru attendants I've EVER encountered.Kudos to these ladies who were nice to us and served our order with a smile.Thank yall for being so sweet!Hot delicious food and some great Southern hospitality!
Last two times at this place have been a disaster. Slow drive thru service, unfriendly service and overcooked food. Never again. Take your business to another location.

Disclaimer: I ONLY leave reviews for exceptionally well or exceptionally terrible experiences.That being said I want to highlight SHANELL who was working the drive thru this morning. Somehow amidst the exchange of my order my bag of food fell on the ground. She quickly apologized and after making sure none of the food was compromised she replaced my food bag because she noticed the bag was a little dirty after the fall. Seems simple but to go above and beyond for an accident that wasn’t even her fault made me feel valued as not only a customer, but a human being. I was getting off of a tough 3rd shift so that act of kindness really made my day!

I use to go this location regularly I stop going because every time I go I have a issue I asked for a 3 piece dark meal with all legs they keep making up excuses why they can't do it I was told it's depends on what manager is working some might do it some don't i just go alone with what they tell me to do this job don't pay me this much to bends the rules the employees and some of the managers are very rude they need to work on they customer service skills I came to this location three days ago spent 31.00 and the service sucks I got treated like I was a nobody
Came and Ordered 3 cajun biscuits with cheese and tomato, all 3 were raw. had me pull up and wait about 10 minutes because they had to cook the cajun.

Pulled into drive thru was told to wait a couple of seconds after 3-4 minutes I said hello you still there male voice came back I told you to wait a couple of seconds my response was I’ve been waiting a lot of seconds his response was well just leave then I responded ok I will was getting ready to go when I got the old F you that’s when I asked for the manager his response was she’s right here the manger came on and said may I help you I informed her that her employee had just swore at me and asked her is that how her employees were trained to service customer she told me to F off and I responded that I would be calling her corporate office she again told me to F myself and that she didn’t care who I called so I did leave and went to chick fillet and got treated as a customer is suppose to with a smile and have a great day reading other reviews for this Bojangles it looks like they have a real problem with a poorly run store and staff I’ve been in retail 40 plus years and have never had some one give such poor service
