I haven't been in a long time due to the fact they just gave up on trying to get orders right. Decided after many years surely there's new staff etc well it's worse. The chili and hotdogs are bland (also literally only asked to not have onions) why did 2 have mustard and a buttload of onions and the other 2 had chili and onion! The only reason they have 2 star is because I got a burger which weren't awful but there's better places (like sugar daddyz top tier burgers). If you just want a Spartanburg staple (been around for awhile) go here or the beacon but if you want good food AND what you ordered drive a lil further maybe even spend a little less and go anywhere else. They have completely gone downhill and it used to be a childhood favorite. Also if you must have hotdogs atomic dog isn't far (they can be shady though) and they have wonderful hotdogs

Use to love this place but it's gone way down hill. They tell u one price and run your card for another to charge a processing fee trying to be sneaky about it. Then I ordered chili cheese fries today and found a long black hair in them. It was all mixed in with the chili and cheese. Need to make those workers wear hair coverings. Y'all charge way too much to have to throw the food away because of y'all's uncleanliness issues. Won't be back after this. YUCK!!!

Food was amazing no complaints there!! Service was awful rude looking at you up and down talking about you after you leave the counter from ordering!! My Husband and I were so disappointed the food never disappoints but that was beyond unprofessional!!

I get better hotdogs from the supermarket and it costs less. The pack parking lot fooled me. Nothing special about the hotdogs that will have me coming back.
