We used to have Bruster's in Chattanooga, so we were glad to find one in Spartanburg. The ice cream was good but a little pricey.

We are frequent customers at this location and, while the ice cream is very good, the waffle cones are either unbaked or stale and make the entire experience very forgettable. They are inconsistent in freshness and quality. Hopefully this location retrains the employees to get it right.

Edited review: We love the different flavors offered here, but there are some staff that blatantly ASK for a tip when paying at the window. It is completely embarrassing!! Today it happened again and this time my husband came home angry! It is not that a tip is an option, it’s that some people straight up ASK for one (for ice cream of all things is ridiculous unless someone goes above and beyond on an order)
