Waited about 5 mins to be seated because no one was at the counter. When the host finally showed she hardly spoke to us and as we were seated was on her phone the whole walk to our table. Dirty tables throughout the restaurant. Obviously understaffed. Paid $50 for 2 guests and spent $5 on a tiny cup of Mac and Cheese that looked like it had been microwaved. Cheese doesn't stick to the side of a container like that if its fresh. Very disappointed will not return.

This place should just get shut down. Service is horrendous and food is mediocre at best. Good luck even getting a table when the place is less than half full.

I don’t usually make reviews, but tonight irritated me. We Visited here tonight,Thursday April 4 and was the second time in a row that the place is in shambles because of what seems to be poor management! First time server was getting out of a rush and needed help, for she just tried and tried, but couldn’t get caught up. Manager, no where to be found. Server did her best to make it all happen. Second mishap, tonight. Didn’t get our drinks until halfway after our food was ate even though we reminded server(. He was overwhelmed, he’d only been there about a month). Waited forever for him to come back never got a refill. Got up to ask him for the check and boxes after being there for hour and half. The kitchen has been on point for a while now. I Had received the food within first thirty minutes of being seated. I retrieved the boxes myself ended up having to pay through mobile. Store was not really busy, but understaffed for servers. Server felt bad and said he was going to see what he could get taken off.Came back and couldn’t even get the drinks off. I watched him sit there and explain to who I believe was the manager. The Manager never came and talked to us. We eat here all the time. We like the food, but at this point I doubt it’s worth it anymore. I didn’t expect a free meal, and I didn’t make a fuss or ask the server for anything off, but I figured they would have at least taken the two drinks off. The food is great but the front of the house NEEDS HELP! The pic is of our table without drinks.

Me my son and my husband went just now place was not crowde. they got burgers I got wings their food came before we even got drinks server forgot well they was done eating before I ever got my food he said it just came up so i said can I get it in a togo box me thinking it was hot hot when we got to the car i said imma eat it on the way home... smh food was cold as if it had been ready when the other food was ready now I'm thinking server forgot about my food same as he forgot about the drinks.

I understand it’s a Saturday night, but it really wasn’t that busy. I do waitressing too and the service just sucked. Waited 2 hours for the check… and it was near closing time. First time here and will not be back again. And it takes around 7 minutes to get drinks refilled.

Terrible food it was soggy and cold when it came out . The servers were very unresponsive had to wait 20 minutes just to wait to be seated In an empty dining room. Then proceeded to be told finally that they were serving anymore when I called beforehand to make sure they were. And was told they served still. Overall bad experience highly suggest going to the BDUBS on woodruff road instead of this one.

I stopped into the Buffalo Wild Wings in Spartanburg, SC in January 2024 and March 2024. The server informed me since I was sitting in the bar area I can sit myself.Both times I sat on a 4 seat high-top near the bar. I waited over 20 minutes and no one acknowledge me. The bartender saw me and even walked past me, couple of servers (2 different at each time) walked past me and did not look my way.Other customers sat down after me and was serviced quickly. But, I was not noticed on the high top.This past event on March 18, 2024 (Monday) a party of 8 sat in the bar area. The server came and took their order as they sat. Other servers and the hostess walked past me. I was there over 20 minutes and then I decided to leave. The hostess stopped me on the way out, I told her what happened. I asked for a manager, the hostess said she was the manager. I told I was in once before and today I got the same non-service. She told me sorry but was not apologetic. It felt she was just saying the words, she did not mean was she was saying.I come out to Spartanburg, SC once a month for work.I go to the Buffalo Wild Wings on business trips from Las Vegas, throughout California, and Hawaii. I do not get bad service there.I will not take my clients or do visit the Buffalo Wild Wings in Spartanburg, SC.Thank you for not taking care of customers.

I went on 03/08 with two of my friends and my daughter. We ordered food. One of our friends ordered honey bbq wings and they came out 2 minutes later before we even got our drinks. We asked her to check to make sure they were hot and she said they were warm. More than likely somebody's Togo order that never came. I ordered the BACON SMASHED HATCH CHILE BURGER, and I can't remember what my other friend ordered. The forst bite it was OK, but I noticed the meat had no flavor and thought it was just me so I took another bite thinking maybe it's just not seasoned. I asked my friend how was hers she said it taste weird. I said does the meat taste freezer burnt (completely flavorless) she said I'm not sure, but it isn't good. We got 3 bites in and didn't want it. The following day both of us ended up with food poisoning. Mine hit slightly later on Sunday morning so I had to go AGAIN. I tried to reach out to the manager, but was left on hold for 45 minutes, called again and was told I'd be called back once it slows and still nothing. And just for reference I didn't eat that day because I was so tired up with work that I only had a chance to drink the smart water I keep in my office since all my snacks were gone. I am never eating there again. My forst time was a absolute disaster.

I and two of my friends have been here twice. The first time we went the food was good. We had to wait to be seated even though they were not that packed. We had to wait on refills. When it was time to pay we all gave out cards with our bills and they still messed up. One of my f ones ended up getting charged for his and my orders. While I ended up getting charged for my other friends meal. Still don’t understand how that happened. We decided to give them another chance. But the second time was worse. They food came out on time. I and one of my friends had burgers while the other had chicken. The burgers kinda tasted like freezer burn. I and the friend who had burgers ended up with food poisoning. When we tried to contact the manager we either were hung up on, not answered, or told they will get back to us. The health department was informed. This happened 3/8/2024

We walked in a table of 8. We stood in line 10 minutes waiting to be seated. We had to go to the doorway of the kitchen to ask the staff how we could be sat. One employee was on her phone we asked her to be sat she turned around and looked at us then she went back to playing on her phone. We then asked another employee they went and got someone and she sat us. She then sat us down and put the menus on the table and walked away. We were sitting for 10 more minutes without a word said to us and no drinks. When an employee walked by and asked another employee if we had been helped she said that’s not my table and walked away. The other employees were gathered around the register just looking and pointing at us. We got up and left. We received dirty looks from employees.
