Great food! Though I do have a complaint about management, I had a friend that worked here and they was treated poorly, paid less than other hostesses, and was criticized constantly by their work. I hate to hear about places that treat employees less than who they are, what a shame.

This place used to be absolutely wonderful and you couldn't find a better burger anywhere. The old house setting is a very refreshing atmosphere from the typical burger building like most places. Unfortunately though since I posted a 5 star review 8 months ago, this place has significantly gone down each time I have gone and yesterday will be my last time going. The burgers are now thin to the point of just being a crispy burnt flavor and the toppings are no longer present. My boyfriends Philly steak burger had no Philly meat just green peppers and my tomato slice was thicker than my patty even after I folded it in half. The girl ask how the food was and we told her. Her explanation was that they had to cut the portion sizes. We would have paid more for a decent burger than the $50 we paid for terrible ones. Guess it's back to five guys burgers- atleast they are consistent.

I LOVE coming here!! I’m not a big red meat person however I make an expectation when I come here the southerner is out of this world especially with their fries!! ?? they say they’re homemade and I 100% believe them. They have plenty of delicious chicken and vegetarian options as well! (The chicken salad is too die for and you get SO much) The owners are really sweet and you can tell they care about their customers! Di, who makes all their deserts AND buns, makes some of the best tiramisu I’ve ever had!! I will 100% be back and recommending to everyone I know.

My experience was absolutely wonderful! I was very pleased to learn that any of their burger options can be made vegetarian and i was able to enjoy a very delicious classic burger again. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The owner was there as well and made me feel very welcomed. I will definitely be going back and I will always recommend this place to any one!

What a wonderful experience all around. Delicious smash burgers done right! Fabulous desserts that are made in house and top notch service with a smile. I had the Blueberry Q burger, a huge double cheeseburger with pepper jack cheese and a scrumptious brat between the patties. On top they put their homemade blueberry and jalapeño bbq sauce that was an absolute party in my mouth. Continuing with the Brat trend hubby got The Dirty Brat burger! This one is a single but has a grilled brat on top, and their house made chili! Great kick and off the hook flavor. Our son had a cheeseburger sub that he absolutely loved. The service was awesome! Attentive, smiling and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we were very happy. For dessert we tried their homemade raspberry chocolate brownie and classic cheesecake. The brownie was decadent and the cheesecake velvety and delicious. Some of the best I’ve had. Overall this little hidden gem deserves 10 stars! They hold several awards, they were featured on Americas Best Restaurants and on the local news “Let’s Eat” segment. With all that, they are some of the most humble people. We spoke to the owner briefly and she’s an absolute sweetheart who really cares about her customer’s experience! I can’t say enough good things. Please go support this fabulous restaurant! Oh… and in the basement of the same building, they have an adorable coffee shop with AMAZING Coffee! This is so much more than a restaurant, it’s a whole experience where you’re made to feel like you’re the most important person in the room. Love it.
$48 for mediocre burgers and a burnt grilled cheese sandwich is a little much. Gave my one year old a black and rubbery grilled cheese. My burger didn’t have the bacon that I was charged extra for. I went back up front and waited so long for my bacon, that my burger was cold. The only thing positive about this experience is how cute the little building is.

An unexpected treat off the beaten path.The good:-Quick service-friendly-fresh and hot food-great tasteImprovements:-Bakery part of the name left some to be desired. Not a lot of options, very limited.-A bit priceyOverall it’s a good find. Not somewhere to go every week as it’s too expensive of a burger place for that, but it’s a good treat sometimes.It’s a solid 4.5 star.
