Great local place for a fast, but quality lunch (or dinner). I sat at the counter and received fast, courteous service. The folks there checked on me several times. As a connoisseur of the finest Brunswick Stews across the Carolinas, I have to say this was one of the better stews I have had that wasn't Homemade. the Q was great too. You can tell immediately that this is a local favorite and will be one of mine too going forward.

This is probably by far the worst BBQ and service I've ever experienced; not to mention to most unsanitary. We weren't the only ones dissatisfied during our visit. Other guests complained, those complaints went no where. I didn't get what I ordered at all, when I addressed the issue (when we checked out since one one ver came back to our table to check on us) i basically got a shoulder shrug and an empty apology. I got unwarranted attitude from the female server (I also watched her respond to the bell ding of our food being ready, see that it wasn't her table then walk away so our food just sat there...), the meat (brisket, ribs, chicken, and pulled pork) was all dry as sawdust. The sides were terrible (onion rings and slaw), hush Puppies hard, dry, and flavorless. Brisket tased like it had been soaking in vinegar for a week??? It took me until about halfway through suffering through our meal to catch on to one server repeatedly saying, "sorry about that" to multiple customers. Lots of sorries but zero action to fix things. One customer got a little aggravated (rightly so from our POV) and after he left the server more or less mocked him to what it looked to be a manager. The unsanitary part was watching our server go around changing trash bags and never washing his hands before going to touch food plates. Absolutely disgusting. I should have known this was gonna be a disaster and should have walked away when I saw the woke propaganda plastered all over the walls and entry doors. Never again.

I walked in and was immediately attended to. My drink was brought within seconds and my order taken promptly. It's a very cute and family friendly place as you would expect for a bbq place is the Carolina's. The food came pretty quickly and is absolutely delicious. I can't decide my favorite sauce but I think it's either what seems like honey mustard or the cheerwine bbq sauce. It's two completely different flavors but they are both very good! I think it just depends on your mood. The brisket did not disappoint. It doesn't need any sauce at all but it does taste good with all of them. If you are thinking of stopping in, I highly recommend it!

Okay so we ordered our valentines day dinner from here. I had done several DoorDash orders here in the past and everyone was always so excited to see me pull up with their orders.I waited until a slower time (2pm-4pm) to place a 5 plate order. The lady was very attentive, sweet and didn't get mad that it was such a large order. I don't eat much meat and I have to say that brisket is off the chain amazing! The pulled pork was so tender and juicy,y children loved their plates and my husband devoured his! He isn't much of a bbq sauce man but he loved the spicy BBQ sauce that was added in the bag. Thank you for that too btw. Y'all truly made our first visit most memorable and I am truly grateful for that!!! Will definitely reccomend and return. ?

After 45 min wait we never got served. Ordered got drinks and waited and waited for nothing. When walking out they didn't care. We were very polite and are good tippers since we worked waiting tables and can relate. But not even a attempt to regain our business! Don't know how food is cause never got any! And was less busy then normal according to Google. True it wasn't and 2 waiters should have noticed....and then cared.

I had the brisket and she had the turkey. Both were delicious! As I had to finish hers for her. She had fried squash and onion rings and ate them all. I had coleslaw and potatoe salad, both were excellent. I wasn't the biggest fan of the BBQ sauces but the mild was the best for my taste preference. I even ate all the hush puppies. I'd try it again. The server was new and I can't recall his name for the life of me, maybe "Josh." But he was absolutely excellent and she rang the bell leaving for good service.

First time here. I ordered a full slab of rib and a whole chicken. It was flavorful however the meat on the ribs were dry and hard.
