Service here is slower than it used to be. I go there a lot but the last year it's not the same. They are still friendly and my food has been good. But the quick drive thru is lacking. Also I was at the Clayton Ga store. They offered GF buns! What a great thing! I eat GF and so many people are now. This would be such an easy fix. As I keep my GF bread in the fridge and toast it, no problem. Chick-fil-A training is second to none. But I'm not sure what happened at this store. Parking sucks you gotta park not in their parking lot to get into the lobby. The drive thru creates a chaotic traffic jam due to the location being right where the light is to enter and exit the shopping center. The worst location for a chick fil A and I’ve been to plenty and this one def takes the cake. Also my brownie was dry.

Take a look inside before ordering.Dined-in for lunch. NO clean tables in entire large section of dining area. Not exaggerating-walked entire area before asked employee to wipe a table, and then realized chairs were also covered in food.There was food everywhere on floors too.The play area was a disgrace. Not just recent grime, but caked dirt, lint, hair along door frame, for example. Used to be CFA had cleanest playareas, but no more.Even the window shade at our table had a huge stain on it!Craziest thing was the manager was greeting people at the door. I actually mentioned it to him on the way out, thinking he must not have stepped in and seen it. He did not seem concerned or surprised.Kid-friendliness: Play area is disgusting!

Chick fill a is always a pleasure. Marija is always so friendly and has such a wonderful smile. As usual, the food was delicious.Kid-friendliness: They are so accommodating to moms with little ones. They bring the food to your table and help with napkins and drinks. It's my little one's favorite place to eat and play.
If I’m retired military, why would I have a uniform to dress in just to get a discount? I’ve always been able to come here and get good affordable breakfast but this morning they told me no to my discount…kind of disappointed honestly cause now I’m gonna have to find a uniform and wear it over my work clothes just to get a discount.
