Was excited to try this place since they are building one near us. Ask what was not spicy. The lady told me the chicken .... she was wrong. But then another employee says if you do not like spicy why are you here. Well ok we will not be coming back. My kids liked it but my older son was not thrilled but rude employee. There is a reason I cannot eat spicy. If she would have said all the meat was spicy Inwould just have gotten the rice. But the other employees comments were not needed.

If I could rate a zero I would. This chipotle sucks and nobody does anything to fix it. They literally have less than 3 star rating. That should tell you everything. My husband and I placed an order thru the app and said it would be done by 8:40. The order was never confirmed on their end. Once we pulled up to the window the worker was very unprofessional and had just started working on our order. He said they were out of the meat we both ordered. He proceeded to give us our food and said they were also out of Queso and we could just figure it out thru the app. We asked for help from the manager and he said he had no idea how to get us a refund and to just come back the next day. For him to be a manager he sure didn’t act like he knew anything at all. We mentioned to him that this isn’t the first time we’ve had issues with this particular location and he just said he had no idea about that and claimed he just got there. Whatever that means. This place should just be shut down. Whoever owns it clearly doesn’t care either cause this place hasn’t stopped sucking since a long time ago. Do not go to the chipotle on east side. They suck.

This place sucks. My wife and I have had multiple instances where the workers are rude and there’s always an issue with our order. Missing items or wrong ingredients in our food. They are always “out of meats or queso” or anything at this point. They have terrible rating for a reason. They should either get a brand new staff or close this place down. Their costumer service as absolute trash. They absolutely suck.

They forgot my queso, and I did not realize it until I got all the way home. I called and told them, and they wanted me to come back and get it, but it would have been such an inconvenience to go back out. I was really irritated because I had not been back to Chipotle in a while because they were ALWAYS forgetting something or just not having ingredients. This was my first visit back in months, and lo and behold, they forgot something. I made it work, however.Vegetarian options: The sofritas is excellent!Parking: Parking is so compact and so limited. There were people waiting on others to leave so that they could find a parking spot. The ones that were leaving were having a time getting out because of the congestion.

If I could get the service Zero, I freaking would the lady in a burgundy wig working on April 3 at 7 o’clock like she didn’t wanna be there at all. She Was rude and nasty didn’t wanna answer. My questions didn’t have vinaigrette didn’t have chips somebody get the lady off the line. Because she don’t wanna be there, but my food was good though Even without vinaigrette and chips?

I ordered a chicken al pastor bowl. The rice was watery but also crunchy. The meat was so burnt it was also crunchy. I couldn't tell if it was chicken or beef. Lettuce was very brown. Worst chipotle food Ive ever had. Would have taken it back but I had already left.

We ordered on the mobile app a few weeks ago and waited an entire hour in the drive through line… we ended up having to go in to get our food and the employees were playing and goofing off. And nothing was ready. They were out of everything… then when we went back to give it a second try we still waited a long time and the man at the window mocked the way my husband pronounced his name. The employees on the closing shift are slow, go at their own pace and make fun of people apparently. The atmosphere is horrible and the wait is ridiculous and could be prevented… we’ve been very disappointed the last 3 visits we’ve made to this location.

Hear me out, do not visit this location. Every visit has been a problem. I don’t even go here a lot and there’s always something. This trip they gave me someone else order. Y’all literally only had one job. I had to fight customer service to get my money back. If you want your orders accurate visit the west side store.

3/23/20245:10-5:30pmVibe felt off when my family and I walked it. Employees seemed angry/aggravated. Half cooked veggies, no child food trays, no chips and girl at register said she didn’t know why there were no chips. She was VERY rude and had the wrong attitude to be working with the public. Second time ever, after years of visiting chipotle without chips. Both times were this location. We are glad there’s a new location opening closer to home. No need to come back here anyways.

No one spoke to us, nor any other guests there at the same time. We waited 4 mins or so for anyone to take the person in front of the lines order, yet no one knew why. They were out of kids trays, steak and chips. When I asked if they just needed time to cook chips the girl said “I have no idea. I was just told we didn’t have any.” This is the second time in 3 months we’ve been in this location and told they didn’t have chips. They offer no explanation or apology, and everyone working seems like the most miserable people. The tables were dirty and no utensils were stocked on the self serve condiment bar. It’s just overall a bad experience every time we come.

I am a vegan and usually order a veggie bowl. I decided to try the Sofritas protein in a bowl today at this location. The worker making my food even repeated that I wanted sofritas and made my food. As I have never ordered the Sofrita, I did not know what it was supposed to look like. When I took a bite of my food, I knew something wasn’t right. I inspected the food and realized that I had been served chicken. My receipt even said Al Pastor chicken bowl.When I took the food to the front, I was refused a full refund and treated very poorly by the staff. Years of a lifestyle choice ruined over a workers inability to differentiate Sofritas from Al Pastor. I understand that mistakes happen, and I would have been able to overlook this issue if I had received an ounce of empathy or compassion from the workers. I was treated very poorly in public by them as if I did something to them, not that they had done something to me.I suggest that anyone who has dietary restrictions avoid this location.
