Just left here, and this place was AWESOME!! I can't believe how clean the whole place was and that everything was fully stocked, from the buffet to the utensils to the cups and everything in between. The salad bar was SO fresh, and there was a nice variety of pizzas, drinks, and desserts. There's no buffet around that is as affordable as this place is... which makes it great for families! We'll definitely be coming back again, very soon!

Entire night staff was lazy and unprofessional. Would rudely stare in because my family chose to dine-in. The sorry cook can't use an easy bake oven pizza machine, and put a pound of onions on my personal vegetarian pizza to be funny. THEY WERE VERY LUCKY I HAD MY KIDS WITH ME. Says they close at 10pm but they will start at 7pm!

horrible horrible horrible place ,this place is absolutely disgusting , maybe another location will have a better outcome but this location is just nasty . pizzas are ok theyre on the cheap side , skinny and cheap but its a buffet so you can eat a whole pie if youd like LOL but as far and cleanliness this place is the worse ive ever seen , tables were all dirty and disgusting , booth we sat at was falling apart , high chair we grabbed had grease and food all over it , floors are disgusting with food all over the place , utensils all over the place , dont even mention the walls , its like kids ate on the walls , fingers and grease and food everywhere . even the staff is unfriendly and this visit was just very unpleasant , never again

Pizza keeps the kids happy but the tables tend to be sticky and the high chairs are filthy.
We went to CiCi's on Saturday December 2, 23... when we walked in some woman was standing at the door talking to someone on the phone and telling at them to "get there now cause Sarah was throwing up everywhere!"... ??? There was a 7-8 girl behind her. I was on my phone and was not listening but my husband heard her. He knows I don't do vomit. By the way the sidewalk at the door was all wet going like someone has thrown buckets of water out there. Again I was not concentrating due to my phone call and walked on in. Thank God we were waiting on someone who was running late, so we just stood to the side to wait for them. In a short span TWO MORE PEOPLE vomited! I wanted to beam myself out of the roof!!!!! Needless to say after they cleared the door path we left!!! Disgusted! Horrified! I mean obviously something was making them all sick! I will NEVER go there again! They half as# cleaned up. I won't go in to detail but getting out the door was a challenge! I am near phobic of vomit and I thought I would die trying to get out of there! So customer beware... maybe it was a fluke but I feel they were serving something that caused people to be sick and sick quickly! And all of this happened in under 30 min! I wonder how many more got sick Saturday. So gross!!!
