My experience in the tire shop was very disappointing. I brought my truck in for tire replacement on 2/24/2023 at 9:30 AM at the Costco in Spartanburg, SC. When I picked up the vehicle, they said that three of the tire sensors were not working with an "oh well" attitude. I told them that I have never had an issue with any sensor and they worked perfectly fine before they serviced them as part of the tire installation package. Sure enough, about 15 miles after leaving the store a warning light came on and the vehicle could no longer read pressure on three of the tires. Could one go bad in the three hours they had my vehicle? Highly unlikely, but possible. Could 3? That would be impossible. In trying to deal with the shop, they were really snarky and questioned that they were working, sarcastically saying "this is my question to you since you are my expert, another learning moment for me." I would not expect such an unprovoked lack of respect and professionalism from anyone in any sort of leadership capacity. As for the tires, I ended up purchasing a reprogramming tool on Amazon at my expense to reprogram the sensors as the shop should have done in the first place. Surprise, surprise, my supposedly broken sensors now work just fine. I've been a member for 20 years and have had nothing but positive experiences at other Costco stores. If this is what is tolerated by store management, I will take my business elsewhere and am strongly reconsidering my executive membership. There are more choices in the market.

You can not get a more affordable meal! Costco always has great service! As far as atmosphere it is a good court cafeteria style so you just can not expect anything else.

Conveniently located downtown Spartanburg has everything all other Costco stores have. Only 10 miles from where we are staying I am sure this won't be our last stop hereBuns are considerably smaller than others stores but for a dollar fifty I am not complaining, it is still a good price quick cheap lunch

Service at the counter was slow. The pizza was greasy. The card checker was a bit grouchy, however....this recliner that they have is so comfortable. It's a BarcaLounger Presley leather recliner with power head test. I could easily drift off to sleep in it. $599 isn't a bad price.

Apparently this Costco wants to be like Walmart. Only two check-outs open and all else self checkout. Definitely not what o come to Costco for.

Tire Center - I made an appointment, but when I arrived they didn't have it. I waited 3 hours for my car. Nice guys, but you have to wait in the food court and you can't believe how many crying babies there are... and whining kids

STORY TIME! This past weekend I had ordered some pizzas for pickup for my daughters 7th birthday. Upon entering the store I forgot my Costco card but I needed to get these pizzas. This is when me and my brother in law were met by Marta. She was checking receipts and sent us to customer service to see if we can get the pizzas. Upon reaching customer service Marta then yells so the entire store can hear. I SAID YOU NEED TO GO TO CUSTOMER SERVICE (as we were in customer service line). At this point Marta is out of line and is being very rude. So we get the temp card paper to get the pizzas(totally forgot about Marta). As we are at the kiosk to order pizzas here comes Marta AGAIN speaking to the manager in a loud tone saying," I told these two guys to go to customer service". She made it a point to leave where she was checking receipts to come all the way over to where we were to tell a manager. Now I'm upset. The manager approaches us and says hey do you have a Costco card. So I show him the paper that has my member ID on it. This experience at this store was the most embarrassing thing I had to deal with. I had not been racially profiled since I have been here and my brother in law says damn now I see what you have to go through. Costco needs to work on training people to be respectful and to have a better attitude. You lost a customer and I will be spreading the word about this store. It's unacceptable. I'll spend my money at Sam's Club.

We felt harassed by urcela after she made us get a membership HARASSED. Check cameras this happened Feb 17 at 7:30 close to self check out …. The bad part is that I didn’t record if not she would of been fired…. The way she treated us We walked into Costco with my brothers member ship (bussines) . He sent us to go shopping for him. We started shopping in Total it was like 600 dollars.. we go to check out our bad luck is that urcela was just a helper she begin to rush me on putting my stuff. After I did that the cashier had began to scan the card. He didn’t even pay attention it was my brothers card urcela checked She was like yhu can’t buy all this this isn’t your card… i hope you get fired this isn’t the first time you do this you left all mad talking crap. I hope someone treats you the same you treated us Urcela her name says it all she is the worst… she was sooo rude and has a loud month.. she was mad and rushing me to separate my stuff. After I went to speck to maneger she left to get her shift done .

Costco only excepts visa credit cards no MasterCard nothing else it makes it really inconvenient money is money they could be making so much more but they choose to pick and choose. How do you pay it really sucks.

I had an amazing shopping experience until the very end where I met Cherie at the door to check my items. I was asked to go into a self checkout scanner because believe it or not I didn't have as many items as other people. So therefore I did and the lady at self checkout was kind and helped me out with all of my items. 27 items later we headed to the exit. Cherie first yelled at a gentlemen who was walking into apply for a card saying he went the wrong way. How the heck was he supposed to know and why did Cherie have to be so abrasive. And he had to tell her twice that he was going to get a card. So here I am finally getting checked. And at the end she had the audacity to hold my receipt away from me and lecture me that I was not supposed to use self checkout even though I was asked to and that it's an inconvenience for them to look thru all of my items. I honestly am not a fan of this location, first time and last time. She ruined my whole experience and was straight up rude and unprofessional to not only me but my spouse and other customers. Shame on you Cherie.
