Better of the two Domino's in my area , staff is nicer , food is prepared better . Pasta is a smaller portion and Pizza has less cheese and toppings than what I was used to in NY and PA but it seems to be the norm in both locations in Spartanburg (other on Reidville Road ) , this location is definitely better of the two.

Picked up my order and realized it was someone else's. Called and had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to take my call. Lady offered to remake it and did. Took 20 more mins and get home and it still wasn't made right. Coming from someone who works in customer service and support I'm highly dissatisfied with my experience here tonight.

I will not deny my food was very fresh and tasty, however service is very important to me as well. I gave 4 stars but it's really 3 1/2. I went right when they first opened but I called ahead to place my order. When I arrived they hadn't even started my order and there was only one person servicing the phones, drive thru, and lobby. This review is no reflection upon them, they were doing the best they could. There was a coat on the food prep area that they slid to the side to make my order. I was peeved by that and certainly if I were a health inspector they would have failed. I ask are you the only one here and they said always every morning. Domino's y'all have to do better with the service to match the food. I would probably consider a different location next time.

First time going to this Domino's location & I was happy with the food & the service. I placed my order online & I followed it on step of its process. I waited in line for less than 10 minutes for my order also. Girl at the window was helpful when my debit card wouldn't read & waited on me to get my money switched over to my other card.
