I placed a delivery order, my food came out of the oven and was not delivered for over an hour. When I received my order it was cold and rubbery. They don’t do refunds and I was only offered a discount off a future purchase. I will not be ordering from here

I've had bad experiences in the past with this Dominos, however I have finally had a positive time at this establishment. My pizza had been wrong, and Chris was so kind on the phone and offered to remake it for me. It was one of the best pizzas I have had and he went above and beyond to fulfill my order. I will definitely be returning if this service keeps up.

I came to get food from this Dominos after a few months because of the horrible service I received. I tried again and the service I received from Chris was the best service that I have ever received from any pizza place. I am they finally have a manager that actually cares about the customer.

Let it sink in that this particular location is not even a 3 star establishment current managerial staff as of 2/11 are the most awful disrespectful humans I have ever had the displeasure. Of dealing with. And have no knowledge of customer service I get that customers can be hard to deal with and demanding but that’s what this industry requires do not recommend dealing with this place until managementImproves and not manager’s name I could hear was a possible “Rodney” They claimed they took a picture and it was just. “ A small bubble” so let’s let people really see how you lie to customers. I would be embarrassed to claim I manage there and allow myself and employees to put out a product that looks like that.

I have been ordering from this location since the franchise purchased the building. Tonight I placed an order at 5:51pm! It never takes longer than hour! it is now 15 minutes to 8pm. I called the store and the individual that answered was somewhat understanding until I asked was there anything they would be doing for my 3 hour wait. I was told no they would not be doing anything due the fact that they called their customers to let them know that the driver was not in well that was a LIE I got no call. I had to call them. They then tried to resolve by offering me a free drink. I collect points and receive a free drink. The only other option they had was giving me a refund with no pizza at all! The general manager in my opinion was not accommodating to the issue at hand! I advise customers to order from the location in Publix complex or just stop all together. Bring the cleaners back! Dear GM just tell me to do take out. I live 2 minutes away not roughly 10 minutes!Kid-friendliness: My kids were very disappointment that it took so long to get their dinner. This is not People friendly

If I could I'd give this place no stars. Went here late at night seemed like everyone was on drugs and had no idea what they were doing. Couldn't even take an order for pepperoni pizza. Had to get cheese because the person looked at me like I had 2 heads when I said I wanted a pepperoni pizza. Finally got my cheese pizza and it was soggy and undercooked. I've been to some good and bad Dominos throughout the states but this takes the cake for the WORST Dominos I've ever been to.

I just received a delivery order. I ordered pepperoni cheese bread it was burnt. I ordered a large thin crust pizza it was burnt. I also ordered honey bbq chicken wings there was almost no sauce on them. I called the store to complain and was on hold for 22 minutes without any one answering. I had to drive to the store to get a refund and no one at the store really cared. I will NEVER order from Dominos again.
