We ordered aHook & ladder, when opening container all the meat had slid off bread. The bread was hard an not able to eat. No body seems to care about customer satisfaction.

Overall terrible experience at this location. This site used to be great and We had originally placed our order at 8:50 PM on 04/06/24 thinking they closed at 10pm for a quick dinner for our family to get at least somewhat back on schedule as an evening’s event took longer than expected. We ended up cooking at home and delayed our children from getting to bed at more reasonable time than midnight.1. The app didn’t indicate that orders placed within a certain time frame of closing would be delayed to the next day. Or the staff at the restaurant delayed it, possibly, I’m not sure how the system works. I selected for pickup ASAP when ordering.2. On arrival, the closing staff was rude in demeanor & said they were closing and wouldn’t make the sandwiches.3. When requesting the refund, the closing staff member stated she didn’t know how to do anything with online orders and I would have to return the following day to speak with her manager.4. On arrival the next day, our food was made but cold as the ticket indicated it was prepared at 10:50am. The GM grudgingly re-made our order after we arrived at 12:30. She stated she had no knowledge of any problems from the night before and no way to verify what was said or done. I provided the original order receipt information from the app.5. While waiting on the meal, she told another customer they wouldn’t be able to take orders because they were dealing with a complaint from over a year ago. That customer left using very impolite language.6. One of the remade sandwiches appeared to be lacking the double meat and double cheeses we’d paid for based on previous orders for comparison. We did not make a fuss about this at the time because of the poor customer service we’d already received.

Placed an online order through the app at least 15 minutes prior to arriving. When I arrived, there were no customers in the restaurant and all 4 employees were sitting at tables on their phones. I told them I was there to pickup my order, they all slowly got up and started working on it. I believe the manager, mumbled “the printer needs to make a sound when an order comes through”. No apology for the wait. With 4 of them on the order (1 guy still on cell phone). They still managed to get my order wrong. This was not the first incident I’ve had at this location, but it was the last.

Absolutely DISGUSTING! The person making the sandwiches was eating things while making sandwiches. She was wearing plastic gloves but still eating while putting sandwiches together. The overall customer service was horrible. The entire staff acted like they didn’t want to be there. I will never go back to this location.

Have been to this location multiple times, it used to be good about 2 years ago and has slowly been going down hill. Italian sub barely has any meat on it anymore unless you order it double meat. The sub I got today was a turkey bacon and ranch, had roast beef stuff to the bottom of the sub. The drink machine was out of everything except diet drinks. The cashier took a couple minutes to get to the front to take our order which is fine, but she seemed like she didn't care. I don't think we will be coming back anytime soon.

Ordered the Spicy Cajun Chicken sandwich to go. I left as soon as it was ready. I started eating it immediately and the chicken was COLD on what should be a hot sub! Had to go home and reheat it myself. The floor in front of where you get your drinks was so sticky and probably hasn't been mopped in forever. The staff is very apathetic. This place has gone down hill. Will not be back. HIRE better people. I think DHEC needs to make a visit.

I ordered a turkey sub without ranch and without mayo, and both were put on the sandwich. After driving home, my boyfriend drove back to the store to ask them to remake it. He got home, and the sandwich was absolutely drenched in mayo. It was near closing time, so he tried calling, but no one answered his multiple calls.

This place used to be pretty good, place is going down hill. If you ask for add-ons, you'll pay extra and they won't put it on your sandwich. If you ask to remove toppings from your sandwhich, they don't remove them.This is the 5th time this has happened. Bunch of kids work here and they simply don't care. Never ordering here again.

Got here at 11:30 today and the two tables I went to sit at had to be wiped down by me. Looked like they were still dirty from yesterday. Waited for 23 mins for my large steamer, which was less than significant for $18. The franchise partner needs to get this place together as it has gone downhill. Staff here would not be the face of my franchise.

AS AN OWNER I WOULD JUST CLOSE IT DOWN IF THIS IS THE BEST YOU CAN DO. ID RATHER HAVE TO CLOSE TEMPORARILY OR INDEFINITELY THAN HAVE THE STAFF AND THE “ATMOSPHERE” THAT IS PRESENT CURRENTLY. HOW EMBARRASSING!!!!! I could be harsher but I can’t take up more time in my life for this post. ABSOLUTE ZERO STARS. 12-16-23 7:36pm EVERYONE ON THIS SHIFT NEEDS TO BE FIRED ASAP. HORRIBLE ATTITUDES. NOT ENGAGED. TALKING AMONGST EACH OTHER INSTEAD OF TO CUSTOMERS AND LOOKING AT US AS IF WE WERE ALIEN. I HAVE NEVER SEEN FIREHOUSE IN THIS STATE.
