I think that the Later it gets the busier it gets... as we walked up the cook was shaking his head as of they were closed but the Manager advised them to turn the open sign back on and told us that they were open and are welcomed is in... it seemed that she was Very Organized and took control of the mad rush.Even though it took a few minutes extra but her service made it worth the wait!

We were on a trip back to East TN from Myrtle Beach and stopped at this Five Guys. The service was amazing, the food was so fresh and hot and cooked perfectly, everything was clean. We will absolutely be making this Five Guys a part of our regular Myrtle Beach adventure.

Wanted to stop at an independent burger joint for lunch, but it was a holiday and therefore closed. Passed five guys and was like, "yeah!"It hit the spot. I usually order a little cheeseburger, but by mistake ordered the regular one. Ate it up anyway. Husband got a regular bacon cheeseburger and loved it. We split a little fries and couldn't even finish them. So delish. And alway fabulous wherever we go.

The fries had enough salt to choke a mule.. Why?? Humans don't need added Salt and or sugar. Is this what we have become accustomed to.??... it's just wrong... welcome to all kinds of health problems....

We waited at register approx 5 mins before order was taken. Employees looked to be working hard but were not very productive. Long wait for food. Fries were overcooked. Burgers were not prepared as ordered. Food nor service were worth the price.

I live 35 minutes from this location and what an inconvenience I arrived here and placed my order I drove 35 minutes home just to have the wrong order! Everything I paid and asked for was not in my bag! I had to drive 35 minutes back to get the correct order! I am not happy at all!!!

Don’t know who owns this 1 but they better be good to this young people!!!! They were all so freaking NICE and RESPECTFUL!!!! Their work was just as good!!!! Cooking and cleaning going on !!!! Just a awesome site to see!!! Plus the food is great!!!!!!! The manager is super nice and treats everyone with respect!!!! Plus works just as hard (if not harder) as everyone else!!!!

Rip Off. There are way better alternatives than this for your buck. These guys are going down hill and transferring the cost of their failed operation to the end consumer. I’m for Culver’s, Wayback, Whataburger.
Everything is great except wish the menu was more simple walking up i felt like they needed my order that second and there menu is different so it took a min also the smell of grease and fries on the inside is overbearing to the point after ten minutes I felt

There was another driver on the reciews that warned drivers not to come here. I had the EXACT experience this individual had a month ago. Every Five Guys waits until the drivers arrive to do the fries, so I get it, but others in the area like Anderson make sure to jump on the driver as soon as they approach to eliminate as much wait as possible. But this one also won't acknowledge a driver is waiting to even get that timer started. It wasn't until I physically got in line to confront the register person directly about checking on my order that someone from the back acknowledged me. Still didn't acknowledge any of the other drivers that weren't willing to hold a spot on line to make a point. Ridiculous. Clearly the workers just have an issue with drivers, which constitutes the majority of your business. There were three diners and six drivers.
