Food was great but the floor was dangerously slippery /greasy and some games were broken with no sign so we lost a few bucks. But my 6 year old had fun which is whta matters :)

My family of four were very disappointed today ?. Most of the games didn't work and if they did they were messed up somehow. Also, everything felt dirty, like it hasn't been cleaned in awhile. It was not worth $44 for 4 people food and 4 $5 cards, then $40 more for $60 worth of game cards total of $88. The 6 game cards we had ended up having $0.10 or $0.25 left and we asked them to combine the money and they said they couldn't and one guy said he was new and didn't know how. I will say the only reason I'm giving 2 stars ? is because employees were nice.

This place has went down hill something fierce. All the toys are coming from Ollie's and costing an arm and leg for the cheapest toys. Over half the games are down and don't work. And you can't handle even play a game that wins more than 10 tickets. This place has gotten a little ran down. It definitely needs an upgrade on he's and prizes. The game area is trashed. The pizza however is usually really good and stays stocks. They also let you request pizza which is nice.

Joslynn & faith are the kindness employees I have encountered in awhile , they greet you with a hearty smile , and given too hospitality. Also their welcome is just the greatest... Mr Gatti's Thank you for your great tasting food , your the Best Pizza Buffet !!!!!

I've been coming here for years, the buffet is very good. The coffee is tasty, the bundle for food and games is cheaper than just food and games after. Staff are super friendly. The game room has gradually increased in disappointment. Half the games are working, and there's not much variety. However you don't see many of these Mr. GATTIS anymore unfortunately. Quite a blast from the past if you want some nostalgia. If you don't care for crowds this is the place. I'd take it over Dave and Busters any day.

The entire crew was amazing and I was so happy to bring my family here. It is my second time here and it was just as amazing as my first time. The service here is excellent and would reccomend anyone to come here. Nicole, Faith, Joslynn, and Travis had such a positive attitude and made this experience fun. Aaron also went above and beyond to ensure my niece had an amazing birthday.

Prices are pretty good but the food tastes like cardboard at best. The games are great, or at least they would be if they worked, some of them were turned off completely. Others, the buttons didn't work or wouldn't work right away, so you walk away from the game and a ball would finally drop and by then, you're too far away to actually control the game, so you don't get any tickets. Even more still wouldn't let you play the game, but would take the money off of the game card. If the place has 30 games, only 10 actually work like they're supposed to. The ones that did work, they were pricey to play, most games costing $1.25 or more, so your money doesn't go far. Will not be coming back, I'd rather go to D&B or Chuckie Cheese.

Booked my son’s 9th birthday party here. The party room was dull and the service was absolutely terrible. The staff had attitudes. I had to ask repeatedly for the kid’s play cards and plates for cake. The buffet was terrible and hardly had any pizza on it. The pizza that was there was old and tasted like cardboard. No one came to the party room to check on us one time. My step mother was chased down and made to pay for two of the kids I had already paid for. I had to rectify that. Half the games were broken. I paid $208 for the platinum package. It definitely WAS NOT worth it. Quite frankly I was embarrassed that I picked this place to have my son’s birthday party.
Zero stars. Went here recently, they're rigging the games so kids can't possibly win. Witnessed it first hand. Pizza was trash games were too much, and half were broken. Gaffney entertainment center is a better place to go. Disappointed in this place. It was my favorite place when I was younger.

This place could use a little face-lift but we had a blast regardless. Staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. Game prices are very affordable. To top it all off they had a table reserved for our fallen soldiers.

Omg I was just here 3 weeks ago I only been here 4 mins and my kids is like we trying to eat and would think it would be the kids no its the adults smh food for me and my kids was 46.00 and the food was old looking but my kid was want to come here the employees and sitting around on there phones and it looks really hood here its time to let all them go no one here to ask if everything ok how is the food im so upset this don't feel like a kid friendly place I don't think I would ever bring my kids back here my baby is so upset they cursing this is so sad and to think I would have my baby birthday here i don't think so this place needs to improve

We haven't been for a few years so thought we would make it a family night.? there were only 2 pizzas out maybe 3 but they were dried up and didnt taste very good. I decided to get a salad instead. It was ok but I had to pick out wilted pieces and my grandkids had a good time. But the floors were dirty as well as the drink station? It was disgusting! The front was off one of the machines and it looked disgusting inside. Most of the sodas didnt work. I actually got sprayed with one so I gave up and got tea. I don't know who makes that tea but they need to learn how to make it. It wasn't sweet at all and tasted weird. I just didnt drink anything. It looked like maybe 3 or 4 people working and one of them was on the phone the whole time walking around the dinning area. Excuse me but I don't care to hear your personal conversations. Sorry but we will not be back
