I went to Golden chick and ordered a salad on a saturday which was made on Wednesday. The lettuce was nasty and shriveled up a little.

I’d really Love some feedback as to what their hours are. On numerous occasions I’ll come up and they’re closed with no note just random comes up so you can’t try and go through drive-through you can’t enter at the entrance. Really unsatisfied as I don’t live in this area and I make the drive for the food for them to only be closed when their hours on Google say they are open until 10 PM.

Me and my family absolutely love Golden Chick we always make it a point to swing by when down this way by far the best chicken we have tasted from a fast food restaurant.

The food is amazing! It's always hot and delicious, but, there is a problem with the staff. Sometimes their friendly and others they are just down right rude. If you get a chance though, I do recommend it, the food is just too good!

I used to love this place. The old manager was great. But it has gone down hill and fast. The staff don't care, the food tastes old, and they're more concerned with chit chatting. Ill never come back to this place. I've given it 4 or 5 chances in the last two months and they have been awful. Goodbye Golden Chick.

Worst customer service ever. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was hung up on and denied service. While my family and I were there door dash was also turned away. The company has not bothered to update signage at all. However we did get to the establishment before their hours that were verbalized. Apparently their dining room is open but only to certain people since there were customers in the dining area.
Awesome experience, we stop now and then and get okra and rolls to accompany dinner at home, today they closed early due to a maintenance issue but still cooked us some fresh okra after we called to see if they were closed, thank you Golden Chick!

Everytime I go I have to wait for something to cook. One time they had no chicken. But still tasty chickens. If you are patient, go because it's tasty. If waiting ain't your thing, go somewhere else but chances are you will have to wait too because drive thrus are no longer drive thrus. They are drive park and then wait then go. Ok enough ranting, their chickens are tasty...oh and the rolls too.

Placed order through app last night for delivery. Ordered golden roast and received fried chicken. Called, person on the phone very rude, telling me that was what was ordered (im looking at the order at the same time on app) and thats what I got. Told me I was wrong and nothing would/could be done, just had to deal with it. Very over priced and nothing spectacular about the food or customer service. Delivery driver was nice. Will never see another penny from me! Stay away from this place!

make the food order match what was ordered and take accountability when a complaint has been made pointing this obvious error out, for one. being nicer on the phone couldn't hurt but we will never go back
