Went to this Hardee's last night around 9pm and my fries and burger were saturated with salt. Had to be deliberate. There's absolutely NO WAY this was an accident! Took 2 bites out the sandwich and spit out the third before I realized someone done this on purpose and that it wasn't just a spot on the sandwich that was salty. I feel sick and I'm pissed! The night cook should be FIRED!

Stopped because passenger in car wanted Hardee’s after a shopping trip. We were the only car in the drive thru and only one car was in parking lot. The order was mainly cheeseburgers and fries which cost $40. Once we arrived at my home to eat, less than 3 minutes away, the entire order of food tasted and looked as if had been sitting in the restaurant all day. I wanted to return it all for my money, however, my guest requested I didn’t….I had to replace the buns on all the burgers and pick off things that were requested to be left off. I’m sorry to complain, however, I work hard for $40 and would prefer not to just give it away.Regards.

The woman taking orders inside was very rude and arguing with some of the customers. Only one person inside taking orders very long line. Food cold when got back to car. Never stop there

Just came to South Carolina first place I go eat at breakfest was actually really decent biscuits are awesome , fat white b at the front taking orders is rude as hell not my fault u work at hardees overall experience 3/5:)

Keelah. May have been best server ever. She was pleasant, smiling from the time I entered the store, and made sure the fries were fresh and hot. Seemed to genuinely care that my order was just right. She's a real credit to this Hardee's store.
It's been a real hit or miss on this location and I have at one time completely written it off and then found myself giving them a 2nd chance. I'm still undecided if that was a mistake or not but I guess what keeps me coming back is because while this is literally the closest Hardee's to me if I bypass them then the other 2 Hardee's in 2 opposite directions are an extra 5 or so miles away while this one is less than half a mile from me.So what keeps me coming back to this one is of all 5 Hardee's within a 15 min drive to me this one has the best biscuits.Yes this is the only one I'd want to eat biscuits from and since they all make them from scratch and they can vary ... I'd say this one has the best biscuits and even when the service is not good at all I still have to come here if I want good biscuits.I used to come here everyday without fail 18 days out the month.
If i could give 0 stars i would! My bread wasn’t toasted, i had one piece of ham and a thinly slice of egg!! I literally had to make my food when i got home!!

I ordered a steak biscuit, a steak & egg biscuit and orange juice. The lady said $5.38 pull around. I said I think you missed the orange juice. She began with a raised voice telling me that I have to tell her before she sends an order. I said I did tell her to which she got louder yelling at me over the speakers. She was fussing when I pulled off. I will not be back.Hardee’s has got to barely be staying afloat. Anyone that orders from here knows you may get a good biscuit (51% chance), you may get barely cooked and may kill your if you eat it (10% chance ) or over done setting in the heat lamp for 4 days (39% chance). But we as customers risk the stomach distress but don’t feel like getting cussed out to get the privilege of the gamble.
