UPDATE: I added two stars, because the past two times I visited the staff was very friendly and my order was correct. I hope they keep it up.Ordered food through the mobile app, my burger had all the wrong stuff on it and when I called to complain they laughed at me and told me they weren't going to do anything about it. If you're hungry, go somewhere else or you'll regret it.

Went to get a quick breakfast for my son. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Ms. Felicia is so sweet and so personable. She helped me understand the app so that I could redeem my rewards and did not get frustrated with me at all.

Food - Cold/Not Fresh: The food for breakfast was cold. I was eating inside and they still gave me cold food. I asked for a fresh biscuit and told them I'd pay for a new one. They gave it to me for free, and it was cold again.Service - Poor Attentiveness: Service is a vast difference from a Chick fila. The people were not rude, but they were either understaffed and inattentive. If the food was hot and fresh, they could justify the staffing costs to improve the attention given to the customers.Atmosphere - Dirty/Dangerous: An employee (white woman) was cussing at another employee (black woman). Seemingly to antagonize them. No fight ensued, but it made for an uncomfortable if not unsafe environment.Also, the employees working the register were covered in flower. They could fix this by wearing an apron if they are going to make biscuits and work the registers. This made the atmosphere feel dirty.I recommend management and corporate review this location. I had not been to a Hardee's in 5 years and this was not a great reintroduction. Another customer commented "This is not the best Hardee's in the area."

Been in line for twenty mins, still waiting for my food (been ten mins). Only two cars in front of me!! I think there needs to be some urgency added to this location. It’s fast food, not make drive thru customers wait 20+ mins for a biscuit.

Food was good and the restaurant looked fairly new. However, it took a very long time to get our food and the manager on duty kept yelling at the workers.
This Hardee's in Cedar Springs Spartanburg SC. Is the best one ever. The employee named Belinda is the kindest person, me and my husband and meet and her sweet tea is out of this world. She went out of her way to make sure our food was made fresh.Kid-friendliness: I will bring my kids here

This place is horrible!!! It's always something they don't have, and you will literally be pulled up for any and everything. I don't know what they got going on over here, but this place is to be avoided. Go to the one in Roebuck.

Recently someone new has been fixing the food. I get a low carb bowl every morning. Whoever is fixing the low carb bowls are doing an excellent job thank you.
