By far the worst service ever! Our waitress was too busy to be outside dancing than to even put our order in or make sure we had drinks! We will never be back after a 3 hour wait and still no food!

My wife and I were there Saturday 03/02/2024. Waited the usual 35 mins for a table, another 10mins before anyone came to table(told lack of staff) ordered waited another 25 mins on food. I ordered shrimp and grits and my wife ordered a burger. Instead of burger the marinated chicken was brought to her. Waited another 15 minutes to get burger in mean time my shrimp and grits had gotten cold. We took all in stride and ate without complaining. When check came we were charged for all 3 meals. Brought this to their attention and they assured us it was corrected and we would not be over charged.. they were wrong, we were over charged. Was a favorite place before the plays we attend in Spartanburg but never again your thievery is not appreciated! A mistake was made on the bill, it happens , but when we were lied too and assured we would not be charged the mistake then it becomes willful thievery!

I’m conflicted because the service was good but my food was wrong. I asked for a buffalo style blackened chicken wrap and I received 2 regular chicken tacos ??♀️ but I’m not in the business of sending it back. The fries were hot and delicious.
Burger was excellent, the chips I got were kinda chewy, which is great if you like them that way, but the fries I stole off the plate of my friend were very good. I'm not sure why we had to wait 20 minutes when I could see 6 empty tables from the front door.

I’ve served/bartended for 6 years, so I’m normally pretty gracious with my rating. However, this place was awful from the jump. Rude hostesses that couldn’t be bothered to look up and greet us. People piling up at the door while they were more preoccupied with their own conversation. We sat ourselves at the bar after we were not greeted for 10+ minutes at a high top. At the bar we were ignored for another 15 minutes. Once we were able to get our waters and appetizer order in, it took the bartender another 20 minutes to check in on us. She took our entree orders and blatantly ignored us for over 35 minutes. In addition to her not properly serving her customers, I watched her SCOOP ICE WITH A PREVIOUSLY USED CUP. As in, someone was sipping on the rim of the cup, asked for another, and instead of getting a fresh glass, she dunked the used one into the ice bin. The only redeeming quality was the blonde bartender who was attentive and was able to cancel our entrees. We paid our tab and left. I wouldn’t waste any money here.
