Blanca Villegas, I was recently on the phone for the Highland Baking Co. and I have to say that I was extremely disappointed with the level of disrespect I was shown. The representative I spoke to was very short with me and seemed to be annoyed from the start. She interrupted me several times, talked over me, and generally made it clear that she didn't want to be helping me. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience with this company, but this was by far the worst. I will not be doing business with them again.

Shipping and receiving open from 7am to 3pm Mon-Fri. You enter from Howard St. Across from the Sheriffs Office. Been here multiple times and they took me early. Loading and unloading takes about an hour. Overall nice place! If you found this review helpful please like ?
This place is the WORST experience I've had in my life at a BAKERY. I was harassed from the first day I started by the shipping manager, ( PABLO )then it proceeded to move to the receiving manger. ( RACHAEL ANNABELLE ) everyday she was complaining on me about a label not being in the CENTER of a pallet when it could be placed anywhere as long as it was on the correct side. & then it continues to go on about the corner boards one out of place .. then she has me wrote up for MY EMOTIONS. I DID NOTHING BUT DO AS I WAS TOLD FOR THIS PLANT. My training was terrible I pretty much learned everything MY SELF. MANAGMENT IS A JOKE TAKE THIS REVEIW AS A WARNING.people at this plant have been wrote up 10 plus times I get wrote up once & I'm FIRED. If you a woman & can operate a lift. Honey RUN. HR IS A JOKKKKEEE. ( ELAINE )

Good company and fast unloading. Just be careful when you are breaking your seal.My experience is the guy in the office said me brake a seal and back up to the door, after this some went out and asked me, why I’ve broke the seal. I answered, the office guy said me to do that. Than he warned me if the load not quality He will reject the load. But, thanks God, he wasn’t rejected!

In and out pretty quick.. the only reason for 3 stars no bathrooms, the bathroom at the shipping and receiving is for employees only Due to COVID.. no port a John for drivers., I guess they think drivers are like animals and can go in the grass or parking lot..
