I don't usually don't write these but this was it for me. They came out with these KitKat donuts and i have been wanting to try them since they came out. a little later at night like a week ago i called and asked if they had them and they said yes... got there... they didn't have any and are only available in the morning (which i knew was not true). I called tonight around 8pm and asked them if they had them RIGHT NOW and the dude on the phone who i wont name told me yes, they did.. and i confirmed and said "the kitkat ones?" he said yes.My friend got there.... "hadnt had them all day". So i called them back after my friend came back and asked why they lied and wasted our time essentially... and told them who i spoke to... handed the phone to guy i spoke to that told me they hasd them ready at the time i first called..... and literally GASLIT me and told me he never said that... swore up and down he never told me that... so i said alright i dont even care anymore, have a good night... I dont know whats wrong with this location.... idk if they're just partying or playing pranks, but its honestly not funny. I don't appreciate my time being wasted. If you're gonna waste anyone's time, you really need to make sure to waste your own. Just a really stupid way to be. I hope you all mature.

Terrible customer service, disorganized, unglodly slow, gets order wrong every time even when standing right there telling them what you want. Will never come again and you shouldn't either. I called for a work order at 1pm for one dozen, told it would be ready when I arrived and arrived at 2pm only to be told it won't be ready until 3pm. Tired of dealing with rude and unprofessional people for cold, stale donuts.

That was the worst service and I drove and hour to get there. We called to make sure they were open because it was Easter.Everybody was partying apparently. Nobody was paying attention to what was being asked on the phone.When we got there, 2 employees were talking and whispering at the front while I was trying to place my order. I could barely hear either one of them when they would finally pay attention.Then the lady at the register had me confused on drinks, apparently everyone else too because we had 2 of the same when thats not what we ordered. I didn't say anything because that was the worst EVER coffee I'd ever had in my life . I could still taste that nasty stuff in to the next day.

Is it normal for Krispy Kreme to have the doors locked at 11:11pm on a Thursday (4/4/2024)night? So of course the drive thru line is LONG!! And there are enough of employees working!!
